Did you read what she wrote? Noonan won't please you all the time, but her perceptiveness regarding the goings on in Washington is very good.
The cracks in the Obama presidency are there for all of us to see, but she is better at putting it on paper than you or me.
I do not agree with her on many issues and think she is less than perceptive when it comes to Conservatives, but I'm adroit enough to pick and choose from her writings.
