"What I would like to see is a bunch of lawyers filing complains after complain to the supreme court..."

Understand something. All judges & lawyers belong to the same "law society." (THE BAR) They play on the same team. Their job is to make as much money for "THE CORPORATION" as possible. It has nothing to do with "JUSTICE" anymore.

The only way to overcome this is to create our own "society" & overthrow their "de facto" courts & replace them with "de jure" courts, like Rob Menard & WFS is trying to do in Canada. See "Rob's Very Cunning Plan" if you wish to "see the light."

“We give terrorists access to US courts, but send our own soldiers to kangaroo courts in Europe”

Worth repeating.

I’ve tried to wake up some friends and family members to no avail. The problem is that they choose to be uninformed. They don’t want to deal with the truth.

I get blank stares like I’m nuts. I’ve been told that they don’t want to hear about it. They can’t “deal” with it and “there’s nothing you can do about it anyway”.

I told my BIL on Thanksgiving Day that it’s a good thing our forefathers didn’t feel the same or we’d all be British now. He had no answer. This is from a guy who was in the military when he was younger. He’s never voted.

The sad fact is that there are many Americans who are spoiled and lazy. They won’t wake up until they are hit smack in the face with Marxism and it will be too late. They don’t want their lives to change so they keep their heads in the sand and are in denial.

The key phrase is in the second paragraph of the article.

"could lead to the trial of Americans for war crimes in The Hague"

Like all treaties and conventions of the UN that the US has not signed, the US goes to great links to comply with ICC.

Consequently, the US prosecutes members of the US military who might have remotely violated ICC.

Using examples of prosecution of US military personnel for events in Iraq, it would appear that the US prosecutes with more zeal than the ICC court would have.

As commander in Chief, Maybe they will try him for ordering soldiers into battle. Wouldn’t that be great?

If that comes to pass, then I would advise my nephews never to re-enlist (both Marines, 1st tour).

Un-American commie bastards. If they do that, it BETTER be item 1 on a post 2010 election. These enemies are going to get the fight of their life if they try this...

I heard that guy, too. He lived near the SEAL community. But from junior members will come great leaders...Washington wasn’t always a general. I will always stand with the troops.

Here’s a worst case scenario that I’ve been mulling over...and it would be the last straw/log....

SecDef Gates has stayed on for over a year past the Bush adminstration that appointed him. I have a sad but strong feeling that he will step down sometime early next year. And I also believe that the Marxist in chief would appoint John effin Kerry to take his place. Kerry’s been over to Afghanistan recently and has been throwing his voice around...anyway, I’m just sayin...but that is my worst nightmare scenario...the last straw, if you will.

"No American general would ever hand over our boys to the UN"

Correct, the American general will prosecute "our boys" so that they won't be "handed over" to the UN.

If you look at all the US military members who were tried in court for their actions in Iraq, many were prosecuted to avoid appearances that they weren't held to the spirit of ICC.

OTOH, the Blackwater personnel, who weren't prosecuted because they weren't members of the US military and they weren't working for the US military, were(or will be) tried by the host country, Iraq.

And people here complained that Glenn Beck, when asked, advised a friend in the military not to re-up.

It’s just a matter of time before we have a mass exodus from the military and recruitment numbers dry up. If they persist in prosecuting those SEALs for a bloody lip, the military is going to be completely demoralized. It’s going to be way worse than being on active duty during the Carter years (which I was ... )

That’s a nice icon but for the fact that I would have a tough time picking my weapon of choice. It would depend on the situation, I suppose...

No surprise really. Obama is right on schedule.

Bill Ayers: "Prairie Fire: The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Imperialism"

"We are a guerrilla organization. We are communist women and men, underground in the United States for more than four years. We are deeply affected by the historic events of our time in the struggle against U.S. imperialism. Our intention is to disrupt the empire, to incapacitate it, to put pressure on the cracks, to make it hard to carry out its bloody functioning against the people of the world, to join the world struggle, to attack from the inside."

First KSM to be tried in US courts, and now soldiers to be tried in the Hague???

When I heard the SEALs the other day were being brought up on assault charges I thought that was bad enough. I’m surprised at this point that they aren’t charging soldiers with menacing for carrying their guns!

Isn’t there anything in the soldiers’ contracts to prevent this from happening? I know they agree to be tried in military courts, but I wouldn’t think this could be allowed at all...

I do the same thing. Even though I have a son in the military, I advise anyone and everyone who asks not to enlist. Heck, part of the reason I got out of the military in 1992 was because the adulterer in chief was in the WH. No way I could serve under an “O” administration.
