Who is like unto God?........ Lk:10:18:
And he said to them: I saw Satan like lightning falling from heaven.

" (Jenkins) tried to convince her that she has two moms and even tried to scare her by saying that she was going to be taken from Lisa and transferred to Vermont."

So to hell with the poor kid I guess!!

Flee Vermont. Buy an RV, and stay on the road.

common sense seems to be greatly lacking in the state of Vermont.

Common sense also seems lacking in every aspect of this situation—and once again, an innocent child suffers.

Not a lawyer, but since the Mother now resides in VA with her daughter, does the Judge even have jurisdiction? Can he enforce his writ down in VA?

I've been following this story for a while. Apparently the judge in Virginia has been waiting to see what the judge in Vermont was going to do before making his decision.

Also, the woman in Vermont wasn't even going to sue for custody until the gay and lesbian groups got in touch with her and convinced her to do so. What kills me is that this woman doesn't even care for the girl, she's just doing it so the gay/lesbian groups can force the issue into the courts and get their activist judges to create a new precedent.

But like the article says, the lawyer for the woman in Virginia will appeal the decision and they still have the Virginia courts to go through, and if necessary, it will go to the Supreme Court.

Apparently civil unions carry as much weight in law as marriages.

I am outraged, but not surprised. This type of barbaric judgement by perverts is not justice - it is the new normal.

We know that if that Jenkins had been a biological father - custody would have been denied.

Pray for that poor child.

The Virginia appellate have decided that the Vermont decision must be given “full faith and credit” in Virginia, despite Virginia’s marriage amendment which supposedly protects Virginians from recognizing other state’s fake marriages. This is a horrendous travesty. Something will have to give.

This is very sad. My observation is that some women end up in gay relationships after a relationship with a man has gone really, really wrong (could be a marriage, could be a family relationship such as that with their father, etc.) because they find women less threatening. However, it’s not a permanent thing and a lot of them will grow out of it.

I remember singing at the wedding of a woman like that (her wedding to a man, of course) years ago, and many of her friends from her former lesbian life showed up and were pleasant and cordial. But now with the radical gay agenda, this surely can’t be permitted anymore. Gays feel threatened by such a change and they have to enforce the gay agenda.

Disgusting. The sad thing is that the radical gays now have the courts and the law to enforce their agenda for them.

You are absolutely correct. To grant the lesbian partner full custody is complete evil.

I hope that this story is spread far and wide so that any other wayward women thinking about doing this will have second thoughts. No matter what your age we need to understand that our decisions now affect our future, many times to our detriment.

It appears that the sin of homosexuality has brought more sorrow to Lisa Millers life than she ever thought possible.

While I feel for the child, I find it hard to find sympathy for the mother. Sins of the father situation.

I hope this case reaches the Supreme Court, as I shall pay a rather large sum of money to read the opinions of Justices Thomas and Scalia.

And I’ll have the popcorn ready.

Miller left homosexuality.

How many times have they said this isn't a choice thing.

****However, it’s not a permanent thing and a lot of them will grow out of it.****

The tragedy is that these *experiments* are now insisting on bringing children into the nightmare.

They do not accept the natural laws of procreation and impose their own selfish desires to have a *family* aided and abetted by sperm donors and rented wombs.
