I agree. If Huckabee was the person who decided to let him out, I would be very angry over it.
If the perp was placed back in prison and served his full sentence, I would be far less so.
If Huckabee did reduce the sentence so the guy could get out after serving penalties for other charges, when he couldn’t have initially, I think Huckabee deserves our wrath.
It’s kindof hard to assess culpability in these instances, when hidden factors may mitigate some of the problem.
