Has ZERO lost what part of a mind he may still have ?

I ask because, ZERO has just announced to the enemy that he is pulling troops out of Afghanistan by the end of 2011. He just announced to the enemy to hang on or dig in for a specific period of time. ZERO's "strategy" is pathetic and is almost unbelievable but then, he is from the LEFT.

he just told the enemy they have 2 years to kill as many Americans as they can (bonus 30,000 troops), then he has to pull the remaining ones out, so he can shore up his anit-war base to win another 4 years.
