1st } We will tell the enemy just exactly what our strategy is.
2nd } We will have our troops grow crops and protect poppy feilds so that progress in the drug trade can flourish in your country.
3rd } We will strengthen the borders between these two country so our muslim terrorist buddys can have a safe lace to hide while the the whole time strengthening the grip of the taliba in both countries.
