Perhaps Hussein (the the U.S. presidential one) can get Hasan (the terrorist one) a ticket to New York so he can sit and be tried with the other terrorists.
These charges are added to the 13 premeditated murder charges filed against Maj. Nidal Hasan in the wake of the Nov. 5 shooting massacre at Fort Hood.
The Army said the attempted murder charges filed Wednesday were related to the 30 soldiers and two civilian police officers injured in the shooting at a soldier processing center on the central Texas post.
Hasan's attorney, John Galligan, said Wednesday the additional charges may not affect Hasan's punishment, if he is convicted, because premeditated murder carries the death penalty. Authorities haven't said whether they plan to seek the death penalty.

It is amazing how no one will touch this issue on a conservative forum! If Scott Peterson can be charged with the murder of his unborn child, Hasan the Terrorist must be charged with the murder of this baby.
Murder is, under the UCMJ, punishable by death.
So is treason, which should be added to the charges, IMO.
Hasan should be tried under Texas law.

The good news is Hasan is still eligible to be an FBI translator, join the Obama administration as its Muslim Community Outreach Czar, lead CIA & DIA background investigation teams, become the next Army Chief of Staff, or attend Osama’s next State Dinner.
