DALLAS (AP) - The U.S. Justice Department made the right call in dismissing a voter intimidation lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party and recent questions about that ruling are a "political witch hunt" to discredit Attorney General Eric Holder, the party's leader said this week.
Malik Zulu Shabazz, national chairman of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, told The Associated Press the civil lawsuit filed by the federal government had "no merit" because the party doesn't condone voter intimidation.
Shabazz said he was speaking publicly about the issue for the first time because he wanted to set the record straight before the party began celebrating its 20th anniversary during a national three-day summit that started Friday in Dallas.

I love it when this guy pops out of box to talk....haven’t seen him since the days of the Duke LaCrosse attempted lynching when he faded to zero when he called Michelle Malkin a whore on national teevee.....

“Shabazz” has been on TV a few times. He’s hilarious to watch because he’s so stupid, angry, and arrogant, but his act gets old pretty fast. I just wish some TV host would have the guts to say, “Oh, just shut up, you idiot.”

Considering a NJ fed judge threw out the ‘ballot protection project’ the RNC brought up because it would intimidate minorities.
Just wait until the ‘Universal Voter Registration’ bill passes. Just like the ‘motor voter registration’ bill passage with Cloward and Piven attending Clinton’s signing of the bill.
The design is to thwart the opposition at the polls.
