There was another limp wrist just on Fox, some guy from some American group called Americans for Clean Air or some other such radical front group. He was asked by the talking head about the recent developments. Gotta hand it to their tenacity and stubbornness, they keep up with the "Science is settled, we are beyond debate stage". We should in 2010 when we take back congress have the the new speaker come and give a news conference.

We have studied the data from all sources and the policy decision is now settled. Since the data was fudged and simply made up out of whole cloth we consider it tainted and with that being said we will work undo all green regulations and onerous laws on energy. The impact of these laws based on false science is indisputable and beyond debate therefore we need to move forward with solutions for our economy. No new bills based on old thinking or false data will be considered by committee chairman. We are glad this false crisis has been put to rest...I will now take your questions.
