Remember the “Flying Imams” from awhile back: they sued everyone who complained plus the airline, and I think they won. Evidently, it’s profitable for the enemy to behave this way on a flight.

Yes, they settled their claims a few month ago and received monetary compensation.

The attorneys for those who were sued filed motions to have the cases dismissed. When the court denied the motions and decided not to dismiss the cases, the parties then agreed to settlements. That’s my recollection of it off the top of my head.

The first time I read of this incident, (earlier this week) I immediately thought of that prior event.
