When Charles Manson et al were on trial Nixon made the statement that they were all guilty. Manson held up the newspaper in court with the massive headline of Nixon's declaration and damn near got the whole thing thrown out of court.
I remember Manson doing that and that was the first thing I thought of too when Obama pulled the same stunt.

ANSWER: A scared sh!tless muslim/muslim sympathizer who suddenly became aware that moving the trials to NYC might expose his real motives (i.e. supporting jihad against America).
