WASHINGTON – Officials tell The Associated Press that the Environmental Protection Agency has concluded greenhouse gases are endangering people's health and must be regulated. The EPA will announced its findings at a news conference Monday. The announcement is timed to boost the Obama administration's arguments at an international climate conference — beginning this week — that the United States is taking actions to combat global warming, even though Congress has yet to act on climate legislation. Under a Supreme Court ruling, the so-called endangerment finding is needed before the EPA can regulate carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases released from power plants, factories and automobiles under the federal Clean Air Act.

Putting the EPA in charge of regulating carbon is like hiring Hell’s Angels to run security at a rock concert.
You know, we really need to have the government issue, and mandate the wearing of, EPA clothing.

I imagine that they used the stats of everyone that died of drowning and suffocation (CO2 concentration poisoning) to create this ruling.
Jogging should be outlawed. Those joggers emit much more CO2 than normal people and they are killing us all!

Here in sunny California, Altamont pass is closed for snow removal, the Orinda hills are dusted with snow, and even Oaakland has ice on the sidewalks.

These gases can be lethal and always contribute to fear and control of people. Stay away from them, if anyone is using them report them to the EPA. If possible, make a citizen’s arrest so that the miscreant can be imprisoned.

The EPA has become a bunch of jack booted thugs to oppress the people. There may be a few real scientists at the agency cringing at this alchemy approach to "clean air."
Here is yet another example of our tax payer dollars being misused again and again on policies based on specious reasoning, with a proven record of failure. Where have the scientists gone?
The #1 global warming gas is water, by a factor of 50:1 to what carbon dioxide does. Ban water for the children!!!

I too was attacked by CO2 last night, in my bed. One second I’m just calming breathing in, and the next second I’m breathing out and there’s all this CO2 swirling around my head. Fortunately, it seems to have mixed with the surrounding air, but this continued all night.
I’ll have nightmares now. Maybe I should put an air-to-air exchanger over my bed to make sure that evil C02 doesn’t get me.
Anyway, I built a dome and a scrubber around my house to get rid of all the pesky C02, and now my grass is dead, and my trees are wilting. Apparently plants need C02 — it’s us against them, since C02 is death to us according to the EPA.
But remember, when C02 is criminalized, only criminals will breathe C02.
Neat way to end run “advise and consent of the Senate” on any Global Warming Treaty. Go democracy, the Democrats have your back anyhow.
According to Sen Inhofe this is no big deal.

I’ve asked this before. Who is preparing to sue the EPA? If there was ever a worthwhile cause, that would be one.
Meanwhile it needs to be emphasized...CO2 represents only 0.038% of Earth's atmosphere... On Mars, which is still well below freezing at its tropics...the CO2 composition is 98%....

There are several “news” stories dropped today obviously to influence thinking on climate change. The media is doing their best to raise temperatures so the scam won’t die.
CO2 is harmful to humans, in large quantities. So is H2O. or N2, or Pb.
So technically.....they might be right? Right? Or is that what they meant?
