Its a bold move
considering where Patrick sits now the unquestioned face of a sport who commands the attention of sponsors ranging from a domain name registration website to a private jet service provider. Where she is now, shes making millions, placed atop a high pedestal with no one in sight to knock her off.
That is what makes this move so gutsy.

CholeraJoe,
I have NEVER asked anyone for an autograph in my life.
5 years ago I had atty Waggstaff sign a photo of her in her Extra and I thought, WOW.
Then I was told she was a les bean.
Damn disappointed.
Not that Danica, well never mind.
Milka is hot, no matter where she runs in the race standings! ;)
She's gonna be the female version of Tiger Woods in NASCAR?
Sorry....mind in gutter.
Nice wheels!
it sho looks like it!
More Danica pics! Hell, just more pics! ;)
It took 24 posts to get a pic.
Sad, very sad.

I won’t have to listen to any Patrick hype. I’ve been following NASCAR almost since its conception. I”m done!
I didn't know that. Some time back she had a husband. Maybe he was just “for show”, although I thought they had been married for some time.
She won the Indy Car Japan race in 2008. She placed 3rd in the 2009 Indianapolis 500. She finished the 2009 season 5th overall in the point standings, her highest finish to date. This 5th place finish was not only the highest of any of the Andretti Autosport drivers, but of any non-Penske or Ganassi driver for the 2009 season
If you follow the Indy League there are 2 dominate 2 car teams. She won the also rans which is quite a feat.
She may fall flat on her face but I say give her a shot. It took Juan Montoya 3 years to come up to speed in NASCAR. Some never did.
I cant say as I blame you. First they make all the cars run the same speed, then they make all the cars alike, there isnt a “stock car” amongst them and now they will hypoe this woman every time she races.
Gutsy is seeing all those NASCAR drivers who are attempting to drive Indy Cars. Oh wait. There are none.
This is an EPIC FAIL in the making.
If Danica Patrick’s name was Sarah Palin, this guy would probably be calling her a ‘quitter’.
