How come the original report on the news didn’t include the URL of the manual for everyone to read? LOL...

There's no point in hiding it anymore. Here's a link to it. The person who redacted this and the person who approved it being posted to the Internet should be fired. Though I'll bet they get promoted given the past history of the TSA and the government in general. Remember Lon Horiuchi?

How odd. I maintain several websites and have yet to “inadvertently” post anything on a single one of them.

‘Damn — inadvertently posted something again. I HATE when that happens...’

We must get rid of these criminals. They are beyond fools...

The statement before the election, "fundamentally change America" comes to mind right now.

Total destruction is fundamental change

The TSA provides the illusion of security, but they are actually worse than useless.

The last time I flew, I bought 3 pounds of fudge at an airport gift shop just before I went through security. The fudge was so dense it set off alarms at the x-ray station, and I was still only 12 feet from the gift shop.

Even the TSA guard could only shake his head. At least he was polite about it. I've never had any trouble at the small airport in Eugene, Oregon. I pay extra to pass through there, and avoid Portland. Portland has got to be among the worst. The security area is in the middle of a large concourse, and there are always TSA uniforms standing around doing nothing.

TSA might catch the dumb and the true armatures (shoe bomber comes to mind)

Except it wasn't even TSA that caught the shoe bomber. The passenger sitting next to him caught him trying to light his shoe.

They don’t grope you - they briefly interview you.

That's not entirely correct. My brother is in the diamond business. Several years go he flew to Israel on more than one occasion. The first two times he was interrogated for more than an hour in a room with rapid fire questions on the premise they would trip him up if he was a terrorist. Eventually his business contacts wrote a letter that he produced to El Al security who let him pass after a 10 minute interview.

I’ve read that El-Al does their security work almost entirely with psychology and the careful observation of deviation from normal human behavior. This is basically impossible to beat technologically.
