While the poorer agrarian nations are sidelines, the wealthier industrialized nations enrich themselves by means of Copenhagen.

My interpretation is: The dictatorships of the world demand that the wealthy democracies support them in the manner in which they wish to become accustomed.

This sounds like a fake leak (by the UN and its ilk) to shame the “rich” countries — US, Australia, etc. — into signing something along the lines of the original Copenhagen treaty.

Oxfam's climate change advisor Antonio Hill says the sidelining of the UN in future negotiations is particularly troubling. "What it reflects is what you can expect at this stage in the game - when the elephant's in the room the ants get squeezed out," he said.Is it possible that gibbering idiots like Oxfam still believe that socialist psychopaths actually give a sh*t about poor people? Pathetic. That just ain't what socialism is all about, dickweeds.

When will regular people catch on? The professional UN users already know what they are about.

I don’t think it’s fake, but I do think it was staged. The question is why - and by whom? It does seem as if it is more likely even than the e-mails to destroy this farce, but why would the UN be interested in destroying it and coming out on the side of the wealthy countries?
The whole point of the UN is to redistribute the income of functional First World countries to dysfunctional Third World hellholes, so it doesn’t seem likely to me that the UN is really behind a plan that would actually penalize Third World countries in this hoax.

I don’t know if this is for real or not but if it damages Copenhagen, then I’m happy.

"At least $200 billion is needed every year by 2020 to allow developing countries to cope with climate changes that are already inevitable, and secondly to join the international effort to actually slash emissions." Where were these needs 2000 years ago, or 1500 years ago - when there were some significant climate changes LONG before mankind had even an inkling of a self-agrandizing thought he could affect the global climate? Who was paying for the poor underdeveloped countries to "cope with climate change"????
This is the biggest pile of hogwash ever. And the climate-change fanatics are insane.
How much can I squeeze out of the world with my Global Warming Climate Change Scheme????!!!!
$300 BILLION????!!!!!!

"And finally on the legal form, making sure that everyone is clear that a legally binding agreement is on the table and will be on the table right until the last minute here in Copenhagen." The American people will never agree to be held to the UN's "legally binding agreement" under any circumstances. We will revolt first, and throw that corrupt body right out of our country, if it comes down to it.
I just love how these globalists think they can force the sovereign people of this republic to surrender our constitutionally guaranteed liberties to them on the strength of a piece of worthless paper, signed by a roomful of criminals.

Now that Russia is a “poorer nation”, but rich in hydrocarbons, would there be any incentive for the FSB (ne KGB, ne NKVD) to reveal the hoax that is Anthropomorphic Global Warming (AGW)?

Sidelining of the UN? Sounds too good to be true.
Therefore.... I’ll believe it when I see it with my own eyes.
