These former business owners may want to find more competent attorneys, attorneys who will argue the point of whether or not Obama had the authority as President to essentially put them out of business.

As I understand their petition to the bankruptcy court, that's exactly what Donofrio and Pidgeon are arguing. The quo warranto action in D.C. is separate although related. (I could be wrong though.)

Obama broke the law when he invalidated the contracts.

I’m loving it, too. Every time any suit is filed he worries. With the money the dealers have, he might ought to keep looking over his shoulder as long as he is breathing where ever he is. It might be a right-wing gun nut, who saves this republic, but who knows?

Is there a listing of the closed dealer ships and the owner’s political donations and or affiliations?

Yeah Charlie. Whatever works. He gotta go.

It would be great for the country to see a resignation.

But Obama is hooked up to the left big time, and his conduct on Afghanistan shows how they drive the presidency. We need to get rid of the whole damn bunch of them.

McCarthy used hearings. We need something similar but faster. These treasonous b_stards are basically un-American, bent on the destruction of the America that the majority of Americans love. The ship of state has been hijacked.

Whatever works to toss them overboard, I am all for it.

“O will declare martial law if they don’t think that ACORN rigged elections can’t secure victory.”

Do you have any idea how that would be received here in Texas? Not going to happen here.

Open defiance at the State level would be the outcome to such a declaration.

While I think the forced closure/revocation of franchise rights without compensation was egregious and capricious and probably actionable (without seeing the contracts it would be hard to say, and state law may prevail in some cases) I am not sure that this is a way to get Obama to cough up his documents. The courts should throw that part out pretty easily.

But, the arbitrary nature of the bailout, the seemingly capricious way in which some were saved and some sacrificed, needs more scrutiny. Much more. I hope lots of federal lawsuits pop up from men like this dealer, and from banks, and well just about everyone who didn’t get a bailout. I want all the documents made public, and I want the federal government to prove countless times to 12 of our peers that what they did was above board, without reproach, done without malice or neglect, was thoughtful and was helpful.

Simply apply utilitarian standards and saying “well overall this was good even if a few people got trampled” is simply not acceptable. Every American has a right to his property, and the government cannot and should not have been allowed to coerce these companies to have terminated agreements, or encourage some to be saved and some to die.

" The last thing I would want see happen is him kicked out and some idiotic “sympathetic” feelings result. "

Maybe for the far left and the Main Fringe Media, but, for the rest of the country, I doubt it, and the MSM, DNC, and top Democrat Leaders in Congress will be held complicit in this also.... the DNC will be damaged for decades.

Obviously you have more confidence in the average intelligence of the American public than I do. I still remember people (that I had previously believed were sane) making comments like, “well I do feel sorry for President Clinton, that Ken Starr is just picking on him.”

I can only imagine what those same people would think if Zero were thrown out of office on a technicality.

You may be correct, and the MSM will go along with the radical left in framing conservatives. I can't believe where this Country has gone!

But if he stays in office, he has the opportunity to continue to appoint left wing radical judges that will haunt us for decades.

I just want The Constitution upheld - to the letter! I don't care if he is a "Magic Negro" loved thorughout the world, if he's not natural born, he's not President. If I were still serving in the military, I would have very real reservations about following his orders. They [the military] deserve to know whether or not this guy is a usuper or actually The President.

I just want to see the Sheeple stay really pi$$ed off through 2010. Maybe, just maybe, we can get enough control of congress to derail anymore of this nonsense and then hope for sanity in 2012.

As much as I’d like to see him gone, I fear that idiot Biden and a sympathetic gullible public even more.

hope for sanity in 2012.

I agree, but what I'm afraid of is a repeat of '96. The sheeple were really pi$$ed in '94 and we had "The Republican Revolution". By '96, however, when Beelzebubba should've been thrown out on his can, the sheeple had been tranquilized by his lies and we had to endure four more years of his corruption and treason.

I don't think the Country can survive that with 0bama, plus I'm not at all certain he doesn't plan to set himself up as Dictator for Life.

I agree, although I think the Perverts' success was as much the result of a gift from the Republican party.

I think Bob Dole was one of the finest people to ever hold public office, but his campaign would have lost to Howdy Doody. For some stupid reason the Republican establishment didn't back him the way they should have nor attack the pervert the way they should have.

I've always felt there was something rigged or fixed about that entire election.

I felt the same way, and the 2008 election has the same stink about it. It just seems like a bunch of so-called "big wigs" got together in a room and decided who was going to be elected. McLame ran his campaign using Bob Dole's playbook, play by play.

When McLame selected Palin I actually started feeling a little hope - like “Hey he's going to make a fight of it after all.”

Then it was almost like the bosses took him aside and said, “hey what the hell are you doing, you're supposed to take a dive.” Immediately after the whole campaign went into the dumper. If I live long enough, maybe the truth will finally come out.

I'm afraid you'll find out who shot JFK long before you find out the truth here.
