(KFYI News) The U.S. Department of Justice has set up a tip-line as part of its investigation of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
The tip line, 1-877-613-2137, is in both English and Spanish and asks those with information about the sheriff’s department to leave their names and numbers.
The USDOJ is investigating Arpaio and his deputies regarding possible civil rights violations related to crime sweeps, traffic stops and immigration raids.
Let’s tie that line up.
It would be interesting. I just might call and leave them a tip about the DOJ.
I was thinking of calling in a tip; how about more Peace Officers like Sheriff Joe?
That sounds like a tip they need. Who thought they’d be different under an Obama administration. Break the law (voter intimidation ok) and enforce the law (immigration, fraud, ID theft) not okay.
I love how they do their jobs in this new administration. We’re not going to leave our offices but if you have any leads for us, send them to us and we just might get off our duffs! Sheriff Joe and the way he does his job is the last thing DOJ should be worrying about but we all know why. Can’t have law enforcement bothering the wrong people, can we?

Waste of money. The lefties have really infiltrated everything in Govt.
Your tax dollars at work. This is sick. “Hope and change” my ass. This is a fascist police state. We need MORE Arpaios if we are going to save this country. Holder needs to be tried and sent to Arpaio’s “tent city” with the rest of the crooks.

DOJ wasting our money investigating one of the few top cops who operates inside the law and takes the love of this country seriously.
It would be like a TV station to support this waste. And they think this will improve their image, or viewership?

It wouldn’t surprise me if anyone that called and gave a false tip (against Arpaio) wouldn’t be in trouble, but anyone leaving a “tip” on how to run the DOJ better, we’d be in trouble.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to do it. But maybe the publicity will shut it down.
Yes it is. There is the better kind of HOPE up ahead, if we can outlast this administration until Novemebr 2010 when we can change the majority in the House and Senate to new people who have had enough of the Obama clownship of communism and worse. Then maybe we can have this pretender president impeached for just plain incompetence.
