At least a half-dozen Republican senators and representatives are planning to head to Denmark next week, as part of the overall U.S. congressional delegation, which includes plenty of Democrats as well.
But the Republicans have a markedly different agenda.
"Truth squad," is how Sen. Jim Inhofe spokesman Matt Dempsey described the GOP team. He called the Democratic visitors to the conference the "doom squad."
The Oklahoma Republican and ardent global warming skeptic plans to head to Denmark along with Sens. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and John Barrasso of Wyoming. On the House side, Reps. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Jim Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin, Joe Barton of Texas and Darrell Issa of California are tentatively planning to attend.

Lord Monkton was on Dennis Miller yesterday. This was the first extended listen to him I had enjoyed. I like what I heard from him. He said the EPA ruling that CO2 was dangerous was a good because it gives every US citizen standing to sue them to prove it. The EPA would have to produce the raw data they used to make the determination. Of course, venue, judge and jury are critical in this case.
Can’t we start a recall campaign on this traitor 0bama?
Thank God at least SOMEONE is doing SOMETHING to counter this obscene worldwide fraud about to be foisted upon our wallets!

Allow me to add some info to your post. Citizens can, indeed, sue the EPA under the Data Quality Act. DQA demands that agencies issue regulations based on objective, provable scientific data. And agencies must provide a means for AFFECTED citizens to correct the data.
Everyone who has a bit of time should demand to see the data the criminal EPA used to issue this illegal regulation. A million lawsuits would shut the EPA down. It should also lead to the criminal convictions of the fascists at EPA. And believe me, the EPA is a criminal enterprise from top to bottom.

It would be nice to see a demand to produce the entire basis for the decision.
Speaking of that is there anyone who knows how to do a Freedom of Information Act demand for the evidence? Brightbart or Beck or someone who can get the info before the public?
They need to remind Obama that just because Obama announces COMMAND AND CONTROL that the EPA is above answering to the senate or congress does NOT mean he can commit treason in signing any agreement or treaty. Also remind Obama that just because John Kerry said in an article in 2008 that Obama can sign treaty or agreement even if cap and trade is not passed and or just because the majority dems say so. DOES NOT mean just because the EPA announces carbon as illegal to be fined and punished that Obama can do as he wishes in Copenhagen.

Someone in Congress should tell that EPA chick she is fired how dare she when she says there is nothing they can do WRONG they can close the entire office and refuse to fund it.
