The shocking lesson from the climate scandal
The American Thinker ^ | December 12, 2009 | Monte Kuligowski

Posted on 12/12/2009 3:29:57 AM PST by Scanian

President Obama's complete lack of concern for the fraudulent science associated with global warming is contrasted with the common sense of Sarah Palin. The gutsy Alaskan suggested that Obama ought to hold his horses on the whole climate change thing until The real verdict is in. Of course, the smartest man in the world will have none of that.

With the outrageous news of deceit, fraud and suppression of opposing evidence by top climate change "scientists," many conservatives had expected to see the story unfold a little differently (with actual reporting and investigating). Global warming, aka, climate change has been heralded as the preeminent story of our time. As such, the exposing of scientific fraud in the ultimate "science" movement would have made screaming headline news in a sane world.

Sarah isnt pushing to be King of the world like Obama is.

This Global warming thing will cause a great power shift, Obama wants that power.

The writer obviously doesn't get it.

Obama and Gore are competing to be The One Who JUST KNOWS.

That is, the leader who doesn't need science, or opinion, or anything else. He just magically accepts the prevailing beliefs shared by a fawning media and the hip, happenin' One Worlder Environmentalist Socialistoids.

Their personal charisma (gag) is made even more wonderful by their JUST KNOWING what is correct, and truthful, and good, no matter how those beliefs collide with common sense, law, or tradition.

When you've got all that, who needs silly "facts"?

Seems Sarah Palin is the only “Republican” with any guts on this issue... Where is the Republican Party?? Hiding under a rock somewhere??

Lets throw ALL the Bums out of congress and elect some people who know what its like to EARN a living and who have some moral values.

Wwhy is this lesson “shocking”?
There is nothing here that has not been done since the communist revolution. If reality does not match the data just change the Data.

I had no more expectation that real reporting would now dominate coverage of this issue than I had that real science would begin to dominate the research.

“Obama ought to hold his horses on the whole climate change thing until The real verdict is in.”

“The verdict” is dictated by fiat from The New World Order. Think Hussein is gonna go against that?

The way I would like to see Sarah Palin and other high-visibility conservatives play this is to loudly and repetitively claim that the cover-up of climategate is proof that the main stream media lies, proof that they can’t be trusted.

I know we all know that here and it sounds like I’m just posting an alert from Captain Obvious, but throughout America there are good people who don’t pay a lot of attention to these things and have heard the criticisms of media bias and maybe even think there’s something to that criticism but have no idea how deep the problem is.

If publicized correctly by big-name conservative politicians, the media coverup of climategate can be used to enlighten many more people on the simple fact that the media lies. Daily. About everything.

The guy has it all wrong. Obama is a servant of the Globalists and the Globalists own everything. It is the Glboabists that George Carlin speaks of when he says “they” own everything: all the prime real estate, the corporations, every level of government, the media and you and me. Carlins says they own us and he is right because we have been enslaved using a scientific and long term approach to accomplish it.

This is Carlin= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYIC0eZYEtI

Alex Jones explained the Globalists in these two segments:

At least leftists are consistent.... "Just because we faked the evidence and silence dissent doesn't mean that "global warming" isn't a "real danger!"

Anybody remember "Rathergate?" "Just because the evidence is fake doesn't mean it didn't happen!"

Or any of Stalin's or Hitler's "show trials?" "We know you did it! You're guilty!!! You will be executed!" Oops! That would be Eric Holder and President Obama in regards to KSM's "civilian criminal trial."

I think you are right: they seem to be running for mythical King of International Fantasy Land.

It’s sort of the end product of Rush’s “Universe of Lies.” The trouble for them is that those lefties are fooling nobody but themselves. If we end up under their thumb, it’s because we are either too lazy or too scared to resist, not because they have us conned. Their biggest deception is self-deception.

Right about Sarah, but wrong about Obama. He already knows he's the Mahdi, emerged from a sacred Islamic well in Kenya, and is simply awaiting word from Allah to reveal himself.

The congressional Republicans - especially the senators - appear to be a bunch of Casper Milquetoasts who shrink into the background and offer only technical resistance in the form of parliamentary delaying tactics, such as McConnell’s trick of keeping Reid in DC and away from the fundraiser this weekend. That was the most aggressive thing I’ve heard from them.

Another problem is that when one of them does speak from the well of the Senate, the state-run media ignores him. Maybe C-Spann gives them some coverage but who has time to follow that?

The whole Climate Change propaganda is built on lies. It is a house built of playing cards. If the right card is removed the whole thing will implode.

I agree...my “captain Obvious’ plea has been that the RNC buy network time (if they are allowed) to refute liberal lies, point by point.

Of course, they are inside the beltway and really don’t want to rock the boat plus they doubt the intelligence of the American people to understand hard facts. But times have changed, people are disgusted and are open to good information - something they’ll never get from the MSM.

The RNC has the money to do it...I’d much rather see a real conservative group take on the task. I just don’t know where the money would come from at this point.
