2. Make up data as needed to fit a certain outcome.

3. Use computer coding that will give a predetermined outcome.

4. Modify the original data set and then destroy the original data set after writing other scientists stating he would destroy the original data set before he would release it. Destroy the original data set even though it was supposed to be released under the UK Freedom of Information Act. An act he was aware of and said he would violate. That was a criminal act.

5. Use tree ring data as a proxy for temps until it did not give the result they wanted and then switch to actual temps "The Nature Trick". The "nature trick" wiped out the middle age maximum temperatures. If those temperatures are not removed by sleight of hand or computer the whole global warming theory is null and void.

6. Ignore the fact that the last ten years have shown moderate cooling.

7. Decide that that burning nuclear furnace 93 million miles from us also called the sun has nothing to do with temperature variations.

The graphs you post emphasize that the coldest period of the Little Ice Age coincided exactly with the 70 year Maunder Minimum from 1645 to 1715 when virtually no sunspots were sighted.

Anyone who says there is no fraud, hasn’t seen the analyses of the computer programs.

I had the opportunity during the late 1980's - early 90's to port the code (make it work on a computer different than the one for which it was originally written) for an NCAR funded mesoscale meteorological weather model, and reading through the thousands of lines of that code was an eye opener for sure.

It was written in FORTRAN77 so it was easy to follow, and there were hundreds of pages of initialization statements with many values that were nothing more than just SWAGS.

I was the computer guy, and the researchers would tweak one or more (usually more than 1) of those SWAGs and rerun the model to see how close it would reproduce actual results from a previous day, and once they got a close match they'd try to use it to forecast a future day. The problem was that one days SWAGs never matched those needed to forecast the next day.

As a note, that was back at a time when higher performance lower cost UNIX computers first made it feasible to run the most advanced weather models in less time than the timeframe for which they were predicting. In other words, prior to that it took more than 24 hours of model time to predict 24 hours of real time weather.

By 1991 a 24 hour forecast with the model I was working with that had taken more than 24 hrs in 1988 was able to complete in 3-4 hrs for one tenth the cost.

But for how long? Current lack of sunspot activity provides a reasonable expectation that our current cooling trend will deepen. After another decade or two, I think it will be very hard to say that 30 years of closely monitored temperature decline is simply evidence of massive Global Warming.
