Excellent post Mr. O’Malley.
Doesn't matter. Americans will continue to stay home and do nothing (for all the totally empty noise they will continue to make), just like they've always done.
America -- a great idea, didn't last.
What should be outlawed is the piggybacking onto essential legislation of a “bill” that could never pass on its own. Congresscritters are so afraid of their opponents in the next election criticizing their voting no on a military appropriations bill, without any explanation of the circumstances, that they are “forced” to vote for the double-decker bill. Can someone please introduce a reform of this practice? It affects both parties really.
I'm reading the facts, but I don't see any hate here. What this man had to say was correct. Where's the hate?
The "hate crimes" bill is like the global warming scam. Why not open the homosexual issue to debate? Why is no one allowed to question? If people had been able to question global warming, we wouldn't have waisted so much money, time, and freedoms on a lie.
What are you doing? Lead the charge.
You can say whatever you want to. Say it as an opinion, a thought, or a belief. You're protected by the Constitution. If you state it as a fact, you have to prove it.

Stop thinking this is just the homosexuals.....these perverts want to sexualize all our children.
[[’Witch hunt’ expected under new U.S. ‘hate crimes’ law]]
Shouldn’t it be concidered a ‘hate crime’ for homosexuals, or anyone else for that matter to tell religious folks they don’t have a right to bleeive in God and His word? Isn’t that intolorance of Religion?
First amendment. Freedom of religious expression.
thanks markomalley.

[[First amendment. Freedom of religious expression.]]
mmm- not so much- the supreme court has unconstitutionally banned public officials from their right to freely express their religious views- falsely claimign that those hwo do that are ‘tryign to establish a government religious preference’
As well, it’s agaisnt hte law to freely express religious views with plaques in public spaces, and folks all across this country are beign arrested for handing out tracts and bibles and religious material at rallys
The left doesn’t care one whit for our constitution- And Canada never thought they would ever run into the type problems they did when their country passed ‘hate crime laws’ yet they did- We may very well here too
I don’t foresee an overt governmental witch hunt. I do foresee a covert witch hunt in the workplace, however, instigated by the government.
I work for a large international company that allows employees to form common interest groups for all purposes except the sharing of religious faith. Tolerance, indeed.
Maybe what should be added is a reading and comprehensive course for posters as yourself.
I personally hate venomously the following:
If ever called upon, I will support any and all efforts to rescue this Nation, by any means necessary, from the grip of any of the above....Just a thought in the head of a 75-year old Marine...
what’s wrong with mushrooms? Fungus Phobia? :)
Well, thats a great list and all, but..do you have an American flag in your yard? :)
When do I get a “talking to” about wearing my Knights of Columbus jacket or shirt to work?
Just you wait, Henry Higgins! Just you wait!
Heck...What if one springs back to life inside one of your alimentary canals...{:-o
