Enlighten me.

P.S. You might want to contemplate the fate of the Confederacy before going around trying to incite people to violence.

I don’t want a civil war, but an amnesty now would essentially mean the end of most conservatism in America for sometime. The numbers are now too huge to deny. It’s a vote buy and it would take decades to moderate out.

It may not be violent, but it would likely lead to a breakdown of the United States. I hope this doesn’t happen, but I’m not holding my breath...I’m just hoping I’m in peaceful land.

Amnesty completes the trifecta along with socialized meds and cap and tax. This should lay to rest any rational person's skepticism about the false messiah’s true intentions of destroying this great land. In all of my years I have never felt such a feeling of utter disgust in my government. They have lost complete touch with the reality on the ground and need to be replaced.

“For those who say that given the state of our economy, given the unemployment rate, this is not the time, I would say to you there is no wrong or right time. There is a moral obligation,” said Rep. Lydia Velazquez, D-N.Y., chairwoman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.”

The question that needs to be asked of Ms. Velazquez, D-N.Y. is who she has a MORAL obligation to: the citizens of the United States, or illegal aliens who by their very nature are lawbreakers whose continued presence only exacerbate the joblessness that has cost so many Americans their homes and livelihoods.

.......... amnesty would mean the end of most conservatism for sometime. The numbers are too huge to deny. Amnesty is a vote-buying scheme; likely leading to a breakdown of the US; would take decades to moderate out. ..........

You'll feel better after reading this. Ohaha is smoking something illegal if he thinks Americans will become accustomed to Third World mob rule---just on his say-so. I n-e-v-e-r tire of posting this wonderful story of Dem/illegals failure.

> Now, if any state was ripe for an illegal takeover, it was the 2009 NJ race for governor. The race was considered a "squeaker" that would go on till all hours. But two hours after the polls closed, the Repub was declared the winner with a comfortable 4-point margin (would have been higher were it not for Dem voter fraud).

The winning Republican Lieutenant Governor candidate----a County Sheriff----was lacerated by latino groups. She had applied for the federal 287(g) program. The Sheriff was accused of political pandering and for scouting incidents of indictable offenses such as driving under the influence by undocumented immigrants coming into the County jail, and asking about about his/her immigration status, regardless of the offense for which they are incarcerated. The Sheriff had sought to ensure that "illegal criminals" were not unduly released for fear of further harm to the community.

NEW JERSEY IS "IDENTITY FRAUD CENTRAL" FOR LATINO IDENTITY THEFT

Two Texans busted in bogus ID operation in NJ ----NORTH BERGEN, NJ -- July 21, 2006 -- Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, authorities said. The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker.

The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses for any state in the US, passports and resident alien cards, said state police. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution. The Drug Interdiction Task Force, regularly runs checks.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. Authorities approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately. The Texas brothers consented to a search.

Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs. All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street. Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 Social Security cards.

===============================================

Ohaha was heavly invested in the NJ gubernatorial race. Ohaha's carefully laid plans----for installing a permanent Dem majority w/ illegals-----went haywire. Pulling out all the stops for NJ made Ohaha a VERY good target for those disgusted with Ohaha’s policies.

OBAMA WAS DESPERATE FOR A NJ WIN TO PROTECT THE WH AGENDA. Obama put the power of the WH machine behind Corzine. The NY Times reported:
(a) every TV ad Corzine put on the air was being screened by Obama's WH team.
(b) Corzine's aides gave the WH daily briefings.
(c) Obama’s pollsters took over for Corzine’s polling team.
(d) White House operatives were on the ground for internal strategy sessions.
(e) White House operatives were orchestrating obscure pep rallies with Latinos (kept secret from voters).
(f) Corzine had a "Peruvian Pac" endorsing him.
(g) Ohaha campaigned in the state three times, Biden was there twice. Ohaha TV ads ran relentlessly in costly NY media markets.
(h) Corzine promised to give illegals driving credentials & in-state tuition.
(i) Corzine sucked up bigtime and REFUSED to enforce current immigration laws.
(j)Corzine formed a Blue Ribbon committee of latinos and other hypenates who were using tax dollars to mine votes for Corzine.
(k) Also sucking up to illegals was Democrat US Sen Robert Menendez, a Spanish-speaking Corzine campaigner.
(l)Corzine appointed latinos to the Supreme Court and to other high profile state jobs.

Other pertinent facts:

>> Incumbent Dem Jon Corzine (the wealthy loser) outspent the Repub winner about 4-1.
>> New Jersey has a huge Democratic registration.
>> Corzine bragged he had 20,000 paid union helpers on the ground election day to get out the vote.
>> There was a third party candidate siphoning off Republican votes.
>> Corzine had the power of incumbency.
>> Corzine had the power of a crooked Democrat Machine cooking the vote.
>> Ohaha hid $17.5 BILLION stimlulus in New Jersey.....for Corzine's reelection campaign.

And still Corzine lost.

The WH's lack of political savvy was glaringly on display. Early in the NJ campaign, an onslaught of weird WH approved-ads blanketed the pricey NY media markets-----showed Ohaha at a NJ rally praising Corzine---with strange "reaction shots" of people w/ deadpan faces, watching Ohaha. Predictably Corzine's numbers fell precipitously.

But WH know-it-alls still didn't "get it." Ohaha and Biden came back to NJ---more weird Ohaha ads ensued. Corzine also ran some sap-happy liberal "I got feelings" ads. As I posted----none of the pundits thought the Repub could pull it off. The rest is history. It appears the WH bombed.....the unions failed Corzine.....and the Latino suckup failed.

THE UPSHOT According to Ohaha's slimy Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, Ohaha was "busy with other matters" election night and "wasn't really concerned" with election results... an indication the WH is sucking up valium and vodka in order to anesthetize themselves from the aftermath.....trying to convince themselves the election was not a referendum on Obama.

The tsunami is ahead---in 2010-12.

=================================================

PASTE THIS ON YOUR BATHROOM MIRROR 2009 gubernatorial elections in Va and NJ clipped the wings of Obama’s hopes for a permanent Democratic realignment with illegal votes. NJ’s Chris Christie (and Va’s Bob McDonnell-—the only two 2009 statewide races) won Independents by a 2-1 margin, (66%-33% and 60%-30%, respectively); McCain lost Independents in each state to Obama a year earlier.

And you would do well to contemplate the fate of the Thirteen Colonies that rebelled against King George III, newbie RINO-bot.

You're a slanderous little muffin for a n00bI3, aren't you?

No one on this thread "incited anyone to violence", nor did anyone advocate "terrorism" or "anarchy".

I myself just laid out the political facts. Amnesty goes through, nobody's "voting anybody out".

I told people around here after the election last November that "politics is done", because I knew that amnesty was coming before the 2010 elections. Every act that the traitor-laden CONgress has done since then has confirmed ny suspicions.

Voting on legislation without reading it. Passing legislation without writing it. Etc., etc. They knew they'd get voted out for that stuff, but they did it anyway. Why do you suppose that is? Because they knew the fix was in.

Diluting the voting base for the purposes of taking the mandate IS an act of treason, and a direct violation of the Congresscritters' oath of office.

What else do you need to get a clue, n00b? Want them to invite you to a local Congressional district "clean the rep's dirty posterior with the Constitution, then burn it, then put out the smoldering ashes with recycled beer" party?

“...leading Republicans don’t clearly define Conservatism to the public”

I’ll give ya a little clue...”leading Republicans” have far more in common with Obama in regard to ambition and goals for our government and people than with ANYBODY in flyover country.

Little will resolve ever unless that is fully understood by Flyover Country. In fact DC knows its survival is dependent upon ongoing confusion in Flyover Country.

If your sentiment had held sway in 1776, we would still be a British colony--the founding fathers wold have been hanged on the testimony of loyal-at-all-costs royal subjects such as yourself.

I'm NOT calling for civil war or revolution. But I am pointing out that there comes a point at which civil war or the revolution IS the moral and appropriate solution. To say or intimate that it is NEVER the moral or appropriate solution is to betray the founding principles of this Republic, to make us no better or free than the European regimes whose models of governance and control we expressly rejected.

Welcome to Free Republic. I don’t agree with your FReeper handle to the extent that it might imply a clarion call for armed rebellion. But I don’t have a problem with the fact that it is provocative. It’s pushing the right buttons to get some lazy people to think.

This will not pass in 2010, but it will be a satian on its supporters. Seems like the Dem congresscrooks want to do everything possible to hurt their chances of being elected.

Coming up soon in the senate as well.....schumer and graham.

Roll Call looks at Chuck Schumer’s under-the-radar stewardship of immigration reform. Schumer is “quietly trying to build a bipartisan coalition for a measure that could actually be approved next year. Schumer, the No. 3 Senate Democrat as vice chairman of the Conference, and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) have worked for months to reach an agreement on the controversial issue, and aides say just a few issues remain before the duo offers “conceptual language” for their bill. The package could be released as soon as January and taken up in the Judiciary Committee soon thereafter.”

AMNESTY....What does 20 million people actually look like?

Do you realize if this AMNESTY happens we are in effect creating the equivilant population of over 17 of our states to this country? And that’s not even considering the chain migration that is in every amnesty bill or the millions of illegal alien anchor babies intent on carrying out the terror of their Mexican drug cartels. (Remember, anchor babies are US citizens..voters....who aren't counted in the illegal alien numbers!)

Please look at what giving amnesty to as many as 20,000,000 illegal alien foreign nationals actually represents. More than the population of 16 states and DC!

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
According to the 2000 census, 18,785,867 is the total populations combined of Wyoming, Dist. of Columbia, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Montana, Rhode Island, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Maine, Idaho, Nebraska, West Virginia, New Mexico and Nevada.

THINK about that!

If you and I can’t reach the minds, hearts, and souls of the rest of our fellow citizens so they will join us at the ballot box, what chance do you think we’ll have with other methods, and the whole nation against us?

This isn’t the later part of the 18th Century. This is the first of the 21st Century, and the military we would face is on our soil, armed to the teeth, and able to take you out from 40,000 feet, barely lifting a finger.

I intend to keep my powder dry and keep my eye on things. If an opportunity should arise, it wouldn’t be people like you and I that would start it. It would be people like you and I that would join, only if the circumstances warranted it, and the possibility of success, was at least 20/80.

Sounding off when it’s 0.0000001/99.99999999 is just crazy, and that’s essentially what we’re addressing here.

Talk of this as if it were real right now, just makes us look fringe. That’s the reality as I see it. Even if I agree with you at this very moment, what would we agree to in essence, a suicide pact?

No, that’s not the way through this as things stand right now. At least not IMO.

Take care. I’m sure we agree on a great many things.

...but it is three things, legalizing illegals, global warming and healthcare that are pushed and pushed and pushed.

Amnesty. Climate Change. Healthcare. All three of these issues have the potential to increase the power of the federal government and diminish individual liberty.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I wonder if that's a coincidence...
