Did he send it in a perfumed envelope? Was there a kiss mark on the flap?

Maybe Barry told Kim how much he idolizes him.

Starve your people while blackmailing the United States? You get a personal, handwritten letter!
Be a #1 ally that has fought wars with you, stood by your side for nearly a century? You get some old DVD’s!
Boy, I sure am glad Obama is going to improve our standing in the world. /s

Clinton and Bush wrote to Kim much later in their presidencies
after negotiations had concluded.
But not Obama, he's The One. He'll do it his way. Capitulation. Show weakness right from the start. Brilliant.

This is what the North Korean dictators have sought for 60 years. One to one legitimacy with the President of the United States of America.
The Obammunist gave it to his comrade.

Dear Kimmy,
How are you ? We are fine here.
Are you having a good weekend? We are just hanging around the house today ourselves. Not doing much. Not much happening.
Michelle says to say Hi and she cant wait to come and see you. Wait she said she would like to come but she has to go to Japan while I come there. Something about shopping... scratch that...cultural exchange with the Japanese women.
Well Kimmy, I cant wait to visit you again and eat Kumchi. Your wife is a good cook. Maybe you could bring her next time you come and see us. She could teach Michelle...err..
