notice there isn't one word of criticism about obamao spewing all that evil carbon all over the planet with another one of his fun flights.

What a crock of crap. Even if they actually planted those trees, it would take them 50 years to remove 196 tons of CO2 from the air.

Who’s gonna buy all that CO2 coming out of Obama’s never-closed mouth?

How many trees do they have to plant to offset the carbon emitted by all those other nitwits that went to Copenhagen? Is there enough space in Canada to plant all those trees?

You, too, can plant a tree. Example from the Arbor Day Foundation

PR stunt BS. Just some hopeful participants in the climate scam trying to elevate their profile to get in with the big dogs and their cash flow.

Planting trees to offset fossil fuel combustion is just delaying the problem.
The fuel sequestered that carbon in the ground for a very very long time.
The trees planted to again sequester that carbon will die in not too long, only to return that “extra” carbon back to the atmosphere.

That’s a lot of trees. I bet they won’t walk out in the woods and plant them by hand. Have they calculated the carbon they will expend planting them?
To: kingattax
LOL!!!!!
What they don’t mention is it will take 60 YEARS of tree growth to offset the trip!!!
“matured tree that is planted in the tropics typically offsets 50 pounds a year “

These people are insane. Ever read a book called “Trees”? Don’t know if you can still get a copy. The people that lived back then will tell you of the true depression living under trees.

If they don’t plant another 1176 trees for Zero’s return trip, does that mean he won’t get to come back?
