Rep. Frank Wolf, R.-Va., issued a public statement Thursday saying that President Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, has instructed staff attorneys to ignore legal subpoenas by the U.S. Civil Rights Commission (CRC) requesting information about the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case.
This is in stark contrast to Mr. Obama’s pledge for transparency in government.
“We understand that the attorney general has instructed his department to ignore these subpoenas,” Mr. Wolf said. “The nation’s chief law enforcement officer is forcing these career attorneys...

At the rate our freedoms are dissapearing and the obvious and deliberate war on our financial capability I would say the dems will find a way to sidestep the election, either by fraudulent vote counting or by creating a new social police run by UH_bummers goons. What is there to investigate? We know what is going on, do we need to investigate if the sun is hot? If our laws allow the president and cronies to subvert them then we no longer have a democracy..These policies should be challenged in the supremme court immediately and those who are facilitating these atrocities should be removed from office as they are not protecting the constitution as the oath of office states.

A republican Congressman or a bunch of them,should drop Articles of Impeachment against Eric Holder EVERYDAY, Force the Speaker to DENY it EVERYDAY. Don’t stop bringing it up. Every time a Republican speaks on the floor this should be a Point of Order. Make the Botox hag deny it every single day til the press picks it up.

Well yeah - Holder is Obama’s yes man. The Black Pathers are spin offs from the Nation of Islam (given the name after Louis Farakkan took power with the questionable death of Malcolm X). Wake up People. This has been building since the 1960s.
What is sad, they told the world what they were doing, they wrote about what they were doing for the world to see, and everyone laughed or scoffed and now we see their Dream in the White House dismantling what they consider evil Capitalism and our US Republic.

Organize quietly and in secret. Keep your contact groups very, very small. Communicate only face to face, avoiding places that might have camera security. Do not tell your children. They are front-line vulnerable and unused to secrecy. In Latin American counter revolutions, people disappeared. All freedom fighters in those countries were labeled Death Squads, as in “Right Wing Death Squads” or “Contras”.
Those who are public will be very vulnerable. They are necessary, of course, but as conduits, not as activists.
As time goes on, the public media is going to be targeted more and more seriously. People are already conditioned to not believe FOX or other media that exposes the tyrants. Only people who directly experience the results of this coup
will be personally radicalized and not all of them will understand the seriousness of the fight in time to escape a crackdown. Very, very few of those will have the ability to operate effectively.

I hope fervently that we can carry off a Velvet revolution. But, it took decades for Eastern Europe to overthrow the Soviets. They had American power on their side. We don’t.
I think we have about 9 months. We will have some idea by the Fall if we will have a free and fair election. If not, it is going to be brutal and that does not favor us, at all. Many Americans today will knuckle under because they will see the government as their only hope for survival. We cannot use past transfers of power in our country as a guide. We were not as thoroughly corrupted at the highest levels before. We are not going to wake up in November, 2010 or 2012 to the election of someone capable of overturning this present situation unless we figure out a way to counter the corruption combined with the power. Look at the longevity of Mugabe, Chavez, Kim Il Jong. These tyrants have international power. So will ours. Look at the tactics of the Iranians. Only millions of people in the streets will provide any cover at all to the serious freedom fighters. Those are the areas at which to direct organization: the public, unrelenting demonstrations by millions with nothing left to lose and the professionals who have been fighting this sort of tyranny around the world forever. Those professionals know who they are. They are probably the only ones who have an idea how to counter this. The rest of us are only support cadre. We need to remain free to operate. I have been thinking that the push to empty out the jails and prisons is to make room for a new class of *offender*: the Enemy of the State. They will disappear into Federal prisons run by Federal employees.
Everyone please start taking this extremely seriously. Our rulers do.
