"The bill goes so far as to forbid a future Congress from repealing these provisions, except for a one-time opportunity in 2017! Section 3403, adding Social Security Act Section 1899A(d)(3)..."

Totally unconstitutional and illegal!! The sitting Congress can not bind future Congresses with legislation.

...AND HHS SECRETARY TO LIMIT, RIGHT TO USE ONE'S OWN MONEY TO SAVE ONE'S OWN LIFE...

Hell, haven't our tax laws already achieved this in enumerated ways?

Section 10304 (p. 152) empowers the Secretary of Health and Human Services to impose "efficiency measures," in addition to the "quality measures" provided for under the Reid Substitute, on health care providers. These measures are to be incorporated "in workforce programs, training curricula, and any other means of dissemination determined appropriate by the Secretary." [...] Health care providers, including hospices, ambulatory surgical centers, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, physicians and hospitals must provide reports, generally made publicly available, based on these measures.

The Secretary of HHS will be empowered to dictate to your doctors how they do business, long (if it is long) before the private health care system is ultimately destroyed and physicians are explicit government employees.

BTW, isn't there a term for a political system where the government overtly controls private businesses?

.

“Present” Barack Hussein Obama Junior said publicly before TV cameras and the media that he would go to any medical source that exists in the world to provide the very best of professional healthcare for himself and his family if the very best medical was not available here.

Is he that special that he deserves exemption from Obamacare as voted on and passed by the US Congress - and signed by himself?

I do not have a link to the text or video on You-Tube that is out there - but with nearly half a million FReepers and many millions more of FR lurkers and viewers - many of you may or can provide and post a link or links to that particular video and text of Obama Junior -

Thanks FReepers, lurkers, and viewers - this should also be very offensive and unconstitutional to democrat, liberals, even far-left radicals - equal under the US Constitution and any constitutional laws proposed and passed means equal -

Not “special” for one person or persons that demand “royal treatment” and take certain opportunities and exemptions in violation of the US Constitution.....

Time to move on. Don’t think all countries are like this, there are still some sane places to move to.
