Sen. Lindsey Graham believes his fellow South Carolina Republican's verdict is too harsh. He plans to vote to confirm Bernanke, who just turned 56.
I remember what it was like in September 2008 when the stock market went down a thousand points, and we had one failure after another of major financial institutions, Graham told McClatchy.
Bernanke and some others came up with a game plan to save us from another Great Depression, Graham said. I think he's been a pretty steady hand at the tiller.
DeMint also blasts Bernanke on the $700 billion financial bailout bill pushed by President George W. Bush, which the Senate passed Oct. 1, 2008, by a 74-25 vote.

Two-fer alert.
Graham is still a POS RINO whore.
Sir Lindsay needs to tell us where 500 billion went in 45 minutes. Until then he can kiss ass.
Both Grahamnesty and Bernanke need to join the nation’s unemployed.
Be careful in what you wish for.
That seems to be a loaded response. Without representation I refuse to give a reposte.
Ben has held steady. Our ship of state is moving at a steady flank speed toward bankruptcy. If I live long enough, I will forgive John Kline for voting for the first bailout. Twice. But I’m only planning to live another twenty-seven years, so he may never regain my support.
Yup.
Do you know how to trace donations to Lindsay? I don’t. I know somebody(or a few individuals/corporations) “bought” him, but without knowing who they are is damned frustrating.

Grahmnesty knows who did this - George Soros. The bigger ?? why are both parties keeping the secret and protecting this criminal......it took 4 years of planning.

Is Soros Planning ‘October Surprise’ for Bush?

Lindsey Graham, who wants a Big Tent GOP, who wants to abandon traditional conservative principles in order to get himself and people like him re-elected, who tells his constituents to their face that they can’t keep thinking the way they do or the Republican party will falter, who indeed shows himself continually to be more concerned with preserving the Republican Party as a ‘’mainstream’’ political entity than actually doing what’s right for the majority of non city-dwelling Americans not keen on the idea of big government, has not surprised me here by endorsing Bernanke.
One more nail in the coffin of a two-faced turncoat.
Out with all of the RINO bastards in 2010!
So we’ve been saved from another great depression!?
Not so fast!! With a name like lindsey what are you goin to get?
Try opensecrets.org.
This makes some sense. DeMint, THE conservative in the Senate opposes the socialist and Grahamensty, THE RINO in the Senate thinks it's just dandy to let this idiot continue helming the US economy.

I couldn't agree more. However, we have to wait till 2014 to toss Miss Lindsey. We might get lucky though. Maybe after next Nov Pandsey will feel so lonely that he'll switch to the RATS, which would make no difference at all since he's the biggest RINO in the Senate, or maybe he'll just resign in frustration.
