As of Dec 18th:

Democratic Sen. Arlen Specter and Republican challenger Pat Toomey are deadlocked 44 - 44 percent in Pennsylvania's marquee 2010 U.S. Senate race, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today. President Barack Obama's job approval in this pivotal swing state remains below 50 percent at 49 - 45 percent.

Link is here.

This is good news actually. I think Toomey really has to hammer Specter on first his flip-flop, and then the terrible votes he's made that will hurt Pennsylvanians.

The votes Specter have made will hurt the entire country and we will all be paying back this debt until we die. He is doing it for power! He is an extremely selfish individual who should be thrown out A.S.A.P.

Juan Williams tries to split hairs about the Fruit of the Loom bomber not being connected with Al Queda; the problem with these mulsim terrorists appears to be that they don't keep good meeting minutes or yearbooks for the graduate students. No wonder liberals always hate nazis; they kept good records.

Bill Kristol made some good comments, and then Laura Ingram summarized that discussion well; this is supposed to be about protecting Americans, not political points and face-saving. Too many government payrollers forget that the purpose of government is to provide essential services, not self-preserve the special interest groups on the payroll.
