Kerry is known in the Senate as one of its dumbest and least accomplished members. In 30 years, he has not initiated a single idea, piece of legislation, or even memorable speech. I'll bet Joe Biden gave him a run for his money. The Dems nominate Kerry as their Presidential candidate and Biden was select as VP. How smart can we be?
