U.S. placed under international police-state

In the dead of night on December 17, 2009, President Barack Hussein Obama placed the United States of America under the authority of the international police organization known as INTERPOL, granting the organization full immunity to operate within the United States.

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945. By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

They know not of this *pride* of which you speak. The Mods are there to squelch the growing revolt against President Pantywaist. I proudly got banned from there after 14 posts, but, I still peruse, and even a good portion of the kool-aid drinkers are awakening. Thank God.

Yeah I’ve got liberal relatives who are growing “uncomfortable” with their choice.

Obummer just might turn out to be the best thing for the country since not only the Reagan revolution but maybe the American Revolution as well.I know, wishful thinking on my part.

Ronald Noble doesn't reassure me, either.

With this change in the law, InterPol cannot be subpoenaed into court and forced to testify/reveal the how and why information on the criminal activity was obtained.

This, in turn, protects sources of information (snitches) and methodology / technology of and for intelligence collection.

So, other than protecting LEO and LEO Intel types, it doesn't do much.

I don't normally consider Wiki to be a definative source...

I don't either but, it is a good place to start. Gives you a lot of info that you then verify somewhere else.

Three guesses and the first don’t count. And remember, by virtue of you posting on thids forum, you are on the list of their enemies.

What it means is later on down the road, when obama gets his ducks lined up ina row, either obama or one of his henchmen will give to word to begin the roundup of people they consider to be their enemies.

We're talking about an international police organization that is now allowed to operate free of 4th Amendment constitutional constraints within the United States and to collect information on US citizens that can later be used to support the arrest and prosecution of those citizens. If the case is prosecuted outside the US, then the US citizen who is being prosecuted will not have the benefit of US constitutional protections at the prosecution stage either. That is the very definition of a secret police.

Our own police forces do NOT have this immunity, and for d*mn good reason, too! Why the h*ll should free men tolerate allowing Interpol to run roughshod over our constitutional protections in this country?

Especially concerning is that they are exempt from FOIA act.

They will come for us in the dark of night.

Our neighbors will wonder where we went.

The citizens will question but will learn early on to keep their mouths shut or the same will happen to them as well.

Welcome to the Communist States of America.

It only took ONE DAMNED election cycle.

Thank you democrats and limp wristed independents.

The blood of patriots will be on your hands!

Why was this change so important that it required an executive order? Would the administration like to put something where it can never be accessed through legal means? It appears with this order in place that evidence held at the DOJ in DC could be sloughed off to Interpol and never be accessed through legal means.

Now that's a scary scenario. I guess Sandy Burger won't have to skulk around and stuff documents down his pants anymore...

Not a day goes by when Obama is not doing something else that is sinister and anxiety producing to Americans. This Muslim creep hates the U.S. He is constantly weakening this country and strengthing our enemies.

I am 99% sure now that there will be blood in the streets of America before this piece of slime has to run for POTUS again. Since I don’t believe that he is a natural born citizen I don’t think he can be a traitor.

Harry Read, Pelosi, Schumer and that ugly little creep Henry Waxman are traitors. If America survives that is the way that they will be remembered. I am reminded of that photo of the multiple hanging of those people after the Lincoln assassination. Wow! Would I love to see these Marxist creeps take the drop. After a trial of course.

Martial Law is just around the corner. Planned terror attacks on the U.S. are imminent and seem to be in the final stages (Islamberg men vacated to Pakistan for advanced training?)

There is something BIG in the works and 0 is chomping at the bit to sign an EO enacting Martial Law for our own good.

Prepare starting tomorrow morning. It’s you’ve already prepared, then prepare some more. Alert your friends and neighbors that you trust to start buying food, bottled water, gas (store properly), things you can’t live without under a quarantine, etc. The currency of the future (ammo) is always a good item to have on hand, as well as small denominational silver coins and hard goods with trading value.

I almost scaring myself as to how ‘kooky’ I sound right now, but I’d rather suffer being called names than be unprepared. I really do hope that I’m wrong and we are not going to be forced into slavery and oppression.

TSHTF scenario seems closer with each new day.

I guess this is where the 2nd Amendment comes into play.

Oath Keepers was/is an attempt to get AD military and LEOs to swear an oath not to act against the Constitution and citizens when TSHTF. I quit recently when I found out they had lots of members, but that most were vets and retirees - very few AD military and LEOs.

Why? The OK founder came out with a screed recently, saying that members needed to keep talk of militias to a minimum: seems that AD folks, fearing loss of security clearance, career and eventual government pensions, didn’t want to associate with sites or organizations that might jeopardize their personal career security. To hell with the security of our Constitutional republic, to which they originally swore their oath.

So there you have it. Birds in gilded cages, neutered and emasculated through a half century of public education and media indoctrination orchestrated by our would-be global masters, coupled with the primacy of their own self-interests. Everything has always been for sale in America, no?

If these patriots will not consider joining an organization where patriotic talk might jeopardize their careers, how much more so would they ignore their Oath Keepers oath when the time comes, refusing to resist orders to suppress and corral the citizenry, orders which, if ignored or resisted, would certainly lead to the end of their careers, if not their lives.

I doubt we could count on the majority, or even a decent percentage, of the AD military or LEOs. I hope I’m reading these tea leaves wrong, but I doubt it. I believe the US citizenry is perceived as the biggest obstacle to the plans of the global elite, and that those who we might consider to be on our side will either prove to be bought off or intimidated into compliance when the time comes to move against us.

Hope I’m wrong.
