From Pajamas Media: Obama Surrenders U.S. Sovereignty: His INTERPOL Executive Order

Exerpt from Bob Owens December 28,2009

Quietly, Obama just made it much easier for the International Criminal Court to go after American “war criminals.”

At ThreatsWatch.org, Steve Schippert and Clyde Middleton have dug up the bizarre and unsettling issuance of an executive order recently signed by President Barack Obama. Executive Order — Amending Executive Order 12425, signed December 16 and released a day later, grants the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) rights on American soil that place it beyond the reach of our own law enforcement agencies, such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Does this not have to be approved by Congress?

Besides wondering why MSM has ignored this story for weeks, ( ok that was sarcasm but damn you’d think they’d care about their own rights) I also wondered if Obama has the power to place a foreign law above our own.

We need to call our congresspple and make them force obdumbo to testify on this

We are the ones doing the surrendering.
We’ve identified the enemy.
We have everything to lose if Obama succeeds.
We do nothing.

If he invaded our house, he’d be dead. He destroys the country and we let it slide.

When does it stop, FReepers? When does all of this stop? Seriously? Do any one of you out there honestly think they’ll stop because of a coup at the ballot box? Really?

America’s strength has been in our decisiveness and ability to right a wrong swiftly and without predjudice. Now, we are being internally raped, and no Americans are willing to stand up lest they be targeted by the FBI, CIA, BATFE, etc.

When does it stop? Do any of us really think that we’ll live through this? Does anyone have any illusion to the freedoms we once had?

You’ll never get Congress to turn on this President until 2010 and that is only if we can change things. Congress has to change......that’s the beginning. Then change our States and take our government back. After that, we can take our country back.

Let’s quit with the tea parties, and show up in DC as an armed militia.

Theoretically, Interpol could take care of the Obama and Congress problem, and NOT be prosecuted.

Janet Napolitano revealed the depths of the paranoia of the Obama administration early on when she identified as enemies people who were opposed to abortion, in favor of the Second Amendment, and opposed increased taxes. Why would such a paranoid administration want a virtual KGB operating in the bowels of the Justice Department? Why would the attorney general tolerate such poaching on his authority?

One hypothesis offered is that the Obama administration is paving the way for the prosecution in Europe of Bush administration officials who acted to protect the country against terrorists. I'm inclined to think that the administration needs a black hole to hide the record of its surveillance of American citizens. In effect, Justice Department officials have turned in their badges and in exchange they have received new identification as Interpol agents. They did not even need to clean out their desks. Now they can operate utterly unsupervised on American soil and they can with impunity violate the privacy of any of our citizens and all the records of such information gained, perhaps, by illegal wiretaps, by investigation into intercepts from abroad, by examination of IRS records, by other illegal means as occurs to them, will disappear into the black hole. All of these crimes could be committed from within the bowels of the Justice Department without fear of investigation or prosecution.

Barack Obama has demonstrated his contempt for the very liberties which make America the goal of every soul who ever suffered under tyranny. This is the kind of thing a would-be Third World tin pot dictator would do in preparation to take over a country. First you make a list of dissidents to liquidate.

If one couples this potential for tyranny with the evidence of paranoia in this administration and further considers it in relationship to the series of extra constitutional actions by this administration, one is perfectly justified in fearing for our liberties. All this is being done in a building being run by Atty. Gen. Holder who is clearly the most dangerous man to hold that job since before Atty. Gen. Mitchell. Whatever crimes Atty. Gen. Mitchell committed, they were done by his lights to protect his country. No such charge can ever be laid against Eric Holder.

Barack Obama by his biography, his associations, his actions since taking office, all force the conclusion that he is potentially a very, very dangerous man to put in an executive position especially when there are virtually no checks or balances operating within our government or out of our government in the media or otherwise.

This is very, very serious stuff. When a man with the demonstrated character of Andy McCarthy steps up and calls out a warning, every prudent man should heed him.

OK
THAT is a plan and I like it.
We are working toward that all over the country.
Until then I do hope GOP congresspeople will continue to call odumbo out for this. There have been several GOp pols who have tried to keep this in front of people.

Senate ratification? Harry Reid was unavailable for comment because his head was so far up Obama’s butt.

Thank goodness for FR and others. This outrage will get out and odumbo will have to answer for it.
I know I shouldn’t be but I am still stunned anyone would vote for someone who thinks so little of our country.

I will hate and vilify odumbo forever for that

A caller to Glenn Beck’s show today asked Glenn’s sub about the exec. order involving Interpol. Sub hadn’t heard of it and downplayed it as possible internet rumor. I wish the big radio guys weren’t off these past two weeks. I hope they hit the ground running in January.
