(I've always wondered why Israel bothers to get the OK from Washington for any of their actions. After all, they are their own sovereign nation. They must do what's best for them. Our rules and mores should not apply.)

The way it should be, is that for every terrorist act your entire clan's land is confiscated, and the whole clan is relocated to Gaza.
When Gaza is full, tell Egypt they either accept the Gazans as full citizens, or Israel takes out the Aswan dam.
