24% strongly approve?

What percentage of the population is black? Of course, only 98% of blacks approve of Obama because the other 2% are racist.

If OBAMA isn't a wake up call for America, we are doomed. This country has been increasingly leaning left for far too many years and it seems to have been hardly noticed or ignored by the MSM. Look at us now. OBAMA may be the straw that broke the back of the constitution.

It is up to each and every one of us to defeat this socialist movement. HELP ORGANIZE to get them THROWN OUT of office. It's going to take alot of hard work but the toilet needs to be flushed on Capitol Hill and these people need to be sent packing!

I recall that in July, health care was taking center stage.

I think there was hope in the last few months on the rat side that the approval numbers were low because of those who wanted health care passed are upset and that once passed the trend would reverse. These continued downward polls despite the passage by the senate and the house of a health care bill makes that hope disappear.

If these numbers continue to stay low and especially if they continue dropping, there will be great infighting among the Democrats and possibly enough turmoil to put a stop to their suicide mission.

However, I have only small hope the low poll numbers will turn them from passing this. In the long run, the value to be able to demigod health care benefits against the evil uncaring ruthless republicans who only care about their fat cat insurance companies is like taking candy from a baby.

Today’s numbers are from the first poll since the undie bomber. I’m amazed they aren’t lower, but you’re right, give people a week to stand around the water cooler and then we’ll see.

It's the Lame Stream Media that love his speeches, and his base, most of which are too stupid to understand what the OBAMANATION means to the future of America. PRAY FOR US!

Upside Down

I guess the Dhimmi TPTB calculate it is better to lose power now and have a permenant majoirty 6 or 10 yrs from now.

-18 is not want I want but considering the holidays and people not paying much attention Ill take it. I expect worse Tuesday when people get the cobwebs out.

Expect worse for BamBam next week. The strong-disapprovers were at family gatherings giving an earful. That will be reflected in next week's numbers.

How can 45% of the population still approve of Obama? He’s a disaster. And what can we say about the 24% who strongly approve? It seems that they would support him no matter what evil he commits.

There is no longer any mystery about what he stands for and what he is made of. To continue to support him would seem to say that you want the country to fail. Can it be true that one out of four people in this country want it to fail?

“This country has been increasingly leaning left for far too many years”

Polling and voter id point in the opposite direction, the Country has and is leaning slightly Right.

Nobama’s election was a situation where some very smart dems figured a way to play PC and White guilt to the max. 2006 and 2008 were reactions to GOP ineptness, GOP “trying to be bi-partisan” and feelings orientated voting.

Palin and the Tea Parties are forcing the GOP to change direction and voter ‘feelings” are very fleeting, both of which combined with Dem/Lib over-reach for max power, can and likely will make for big reversals in Nov. 2010.

Once the House is back in GOP hands and the Senate is below dem 60, how nobama and the dems act and react between 2010 and 2012 will be the determining factor for 2012 elections.

Dem and nobama reacting to no longer having the ability to be Constitutionally protected tyrants and from the nobama play-book we have seen thus far, he will try to crack down harder (EPA, etc.). Depending on how hard he tries forcing his way on us will determine whether he makes it through full one term or is booted out prior to Nov. 2012.

When its all said and done, Amerca’s “less than admirable” experience with dominating black politics will stick in people’s mind for a long time.

The pendulum has swung very far left, it will move back the other way.

Our current situation is the 60’s radicals enjoying a short-lived perfect storm. 60’s radicals had no fall-back position, they for the most part faded into Capitalists. They still have no fall-back position, its either all or nothing.

Beyond 2012, I see the dems abandoning far left liberalism. Hopefully the GOP will continue on a more Conservative path.

Remain confident that America will not peacefully evolve into a socialist state. The left has no grit for a hard conflict.

"Many people who were still giving him slack for inheriting things concluded that he was a nasty person."

....And people finally began awakening. The bungled handling of the astute Cambridge police episode got people thinking.........who is this guy in the White House? Then all facts on Rev Wright, Rezko, Ayers etc etc kept coming back.....then Notre Dame's horrific decision to invite the pro-abortion pREz, then all the bowing, then oBama's defamation of America in speeches; his weakening of our stature; his phony Nobel; the countries laughing at his rookie non-leadership...no new jobs....the monstrous health bill against the Constitution and against the desires of the American public...

These numbers are only scratching the surface. The oBama voters have awakened.........and many more are awakened EACH AND EVERY DAY..........

According to various sources the black voteers for Obama comprised somewhere around 10% to 13% of the total vote in the 2008 election.

It is almost a certainty that most of those voters still think Obama is doing a swell job and would therefore comprise 10% (or more) of the total voters who “Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President.”

That means it is probable that more than 40% of those who still “Strongly Approve” are blacks who would support him out of racist loyalty no matter what.

That leaves only another 14% of all voters who rank him in the “Strongly Approve” category and are not black.

Looking at it from another perspective, about 85% of non-black voters do not “Strongly Approve.”
