I guess the city is hiding under the empty sand dune at this ground breaking of Tel Aviv.

In reality, Tel Aviv was founded in 1909 the middle of nowhere, to provide a place for Jews to escape attacks from arabs.

What irks the arabs is the Jews created a thriving city in the middle of no where (with God's help) and the arab's towns retreated in cesspools as the Jews left.
