This technology is already obsolete. A suppository bomb almost took out Saudi prince Mohammed bin Nayef in October. This type of bomb is completely undetectable without a full body x-ray or a physical cavity search. This scanning technology is only useful for detecting yesterday’s terrorists and entertaining TSA pedophiles.
I'm sure even the wannabe terrorist understand this....Not to mention the folks that make the scanners are the client of Mr. Chertoff's security firm.
