I had my vitamin D serum levels tested at one of the nation’s preeminent executive physical locations.

The doctor told me I was the ONLY person he ever tested
who had serum vitamin D levels in the optimum range.

I take 5000 units of D3 per day.

I live in southern Arizona and probably average 3 hours/day outside. I'm more likely to get skin cancer than a vitamin D deficiency...but I also lived in England at one time, so I understand!
