MINNEAPOLIS – Two Minnesota prosecutors say they won't file charges against a man who investigators say admitted posting anti-Muslim images in front of a mosque, a Somali-owned store and other spots.
They say the cartoons are protected under the First Amendment.
The posters put up last month in the St. Cloud area depicted images such as the Prophet Muhammad engaged in bestiality and an Islamic crescent with a swastika inside it.
Some in the community say there should be legal consequences. But the chief prosecutors in both counties where the cartoons were found said they must be considered free speech.

Get over it whiners. I can’t stand what the muzzie crescent, the swastika, or the moronic obama hopey-changey symbol stand for either. But you don’t hear me screaming for legal action. The 1st Amendment says absolutely nothing about anyone having to AGREE with anyone else’s ideas.
And if the first amendment doesn’t apply for them, the 2nd amendment does.
Isn’t this a great idea, if thousands of Americans start showing Mohammed nude in bed with a 8-year old he “married” plastered across billboards and in buildings facing a mosque?

Yup, if people would refuse to be intimidated by them we could show them what the first amendment means, and if they don’t like it they’re free to go to any muslim hell hole they want. All it takes is for the majority not to be cowed, remember these are people who were surrendering to CNN crews in the gulf war. They’re great against unarmed school buses filled with Israeli pre-schoolers but not much against an armed populace.
Oh c’mon. This for sure qualifies as hate speech. Get the ACLU and CAIR on his ass and behead him. /s
