Still rockin’: Brown’s internal poll shows him up … by 11

Exciting new hearsay from Geraghty, yet not the first report today of a poll showing Scotty B with a double-digit lead. I’d love to analyze the significance of it for you assuming it’s true, but … I can’t. I simply can’t wrap my mind around the concept of a Republican building up so much momentum that he’d win Ted Kennedy’s seat in a landslide. It’s like trying to imagine the Jets winning the Super Bowl. The human brain hasn’t evolved enough yet to process such possibilities.

Yikes, that’s like calling Archie Griffin a Wolverine or calling Bernie Kosar a Steeler.

I have already made a promise to myself, if Brown wins by 6 points + I will turn on MSNBC, I will actually raise the volume so I can hear every word out of their mouths. I will just sit back and laugh my ass off. I’ll give them ratings for one night, just to see them cry and scream and throw temper tantrums

Internal polls are reliable because the candidate pays to hear the truth... I called it earlier in the day for Scott Brown. I believe that's the Fat Lady singing.

“I tell ya what, if Brown wins by a considerable amount, I will make the ultimate sacrifice and turn on MSNBC just to watch them cry”

I hope to do the same thing in 2012 if Sarah wins. Popcorn, MSNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, Huffpo, all night and into the next day. Nothing would be more fun than that.

I’m sure it won’t happen, but if Brown DOES win by double digits, they’ll have to bring in police on their off days to watch bridges and the tops of tall buildings, because many national dems may very well become suicidal.

No need to get the police involved, let them jump. Just put a net on the street and if they land on it, fine, if not, oh well

Funny comment on that link...

Oh, did you hear the one about a guy who came home to find that his Brown lawn sign was stolen? There was a note on his door from the thief that said that he lived on a much busier street and he needed the sign.

From the Boston Herald:

Herald Pulse
What can Martha Coakley’s dip in the polls be attributed to?

12% - Playing it too safe as a front-runner

10% - Poor performance in debates

12% - Brown’s momentum caught her flatfooted

3% - Dust-up outside D.C. event cast her in a bad light

22% - Withered under national spotlight over health care

7% - Saying terrorists are out of Afghanistan

18% - Brown saying the Senate seat does not belong to Kennedy family

7% - Poll is wrong, she’s going to win

9% - Other? Comment below

elections are about turnout, and trying to predict who will turnout in a special election is particularly difficult.. more art than science.

The above statistics include 11,268 votes. I conclude that Brown will win.

Hope that their not doing this to discourage our side from turning out.

I believe these are Brown's internal numbers. (Even so, I can smell the broken glass all the way to here in Tennessee.)

The writer of this article is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to consercative.

20 house members and 5 senators?

If Brown wins, EVERY single so called moderate democrat
from a red state having gone on record to vote for this in the house will be swept out.

The 2010 elections will make 1994 look like a warm up.

If I recall, Olberdork took off the night Christie and McDonnell won the governorships of Jersey and VA. MSNBC was showing something inane, in his place. I think it was something related to global warming. If Brown wins this thing early, I look for Olberdork to take another day off.

I’d love to see Olbermann declare the people of MA as the worst people in the world. I hope the bastard has a stroke on national TV..I will just sit back and laugh my butt off. It will be must see TV. Heck, I’ll even turn on CNN just to see them say “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, this means socialized health care is dead, damn it damn it”
