The Urban Dictionary defines a ‘truther’ as, “A crazy person who believes the US government committed 9/11.” It then offers this imaginary conversation to illustrate the point:
Truther: 9/11 was an inside job! Sane person: Prove it. Truther: There was no plane at the Pentagon, only a missile! Sane person: There’s dozens of witnesses and plane debris was found all over the place. Truther: …Well the WTC was a controlled demolition! Sane person: Why did both buildings collapse from the point of impact then? Pretty crazy the explosives were in the exact spot the plane hit and didn’t explode upon impact. Truther: …You’re just a government shill! Enjoy your FEMA camp when the NWO rolls around!
Now, with the help of MSNBC, as shown in the video below, the Left dares to imply that the so-called underwear bomber was allowed by the United States Intelligence Community to board a plane with explosives and potentially take the lives of 278 airline passengers simply to sully the reputation of President Obama. ‘Truthers’, meet the ‘new truthers ‘– people who actually entertain the notion that the CIA and the FBI would allow American citizens to be senselessly slaughtered just to make a President look bad.
So who are these ‘new truthers’? The same ilk as the old truthers, except now the conspiracy is a mirror image of 9/11 and they have the help of a major cable news channel to promulgate their theory. They are the same small percentage of Americans who lie so far to the Left of the political spectrum that they’re rubbing shoulders with Michael Moore and Charlie Sheen. In short, they are the ever dwindling audience of MSNBC.
That a few people might hold some extreme and unreasoned beliefs is not news, but then again neither is

There is no difference between 9-11 truthers and the large amount of Freepers who believe someone other than Oswald killed Kennedy.

This is so believable on the part of MSNBC, anything to exonerate O and implicate the FBI and CIA. yes the liberal media is all about conspiracy theories. They forgot to do objective journalism, must have been trained by Pat Robertson at the CBN University for Journalistic Stupidity. Truly it is only believable in that it is so stupid

I just don’t see how they make it financially. What advertisers would be willing to pay for such a small, shrinking, and obviously unsophisticated, audience?
I think there is a difference between someone who gets the glazed-eyed look while regurgitating Rosie O'Donnell and Michael Moore.....
.....and someone who thoughtfully thinks about the possibility that there was another assassin and/or conspirator.
That said, if someone thinks Oswald was not at least one of the assassins, they probably are nuts.
I personally don't think about it at all, it doesn't interest me.
I ran into one of the freaks on a walk. I finally told him his tinfoil hat had fallen off and he was at great risk.
The other folks listening thought that was pretty funny.
With the Kennedy assassination, there WERE questions. Only one or 2 grainy super 8 mm films are in existence. The shooter was killed. Only eyewitnesses make up the brunt of evidence - and eyewitnesses are notoriously unreliable. In addition, you have a man who was involved with women who were associated with the Mafia. You have Cuba, You have LBJ. There is room for speculation - even if it is not true. Like the OJ trial, personally, I'm 99.9% sure he did it....and although I would have voted to convict, I would NOT have voted for the death penalty as there WAS a .1% of doubt
With 9/11, there is hi-def footage from 50 different angles. There are plane parts. There is TV coverage. There are folks who admit they did it. There are phone calls FROM the folks on the planes. There are THOUSANDS of witnesses. ANY rational person can see that planes hit the towers and, eventually, they collapsed.

It’s an exact comparison. You posted you had decided on a list of guilty parties without a regard of how it happened.
It’s no different than a truther deciding it was Bush and dreaming up how he did it without looking at the facts.
Any criminal investigation starts with how it happened before who was involved.
Find out how something happened before pointing fingers.
From my perspective I don't see him pointing any fingers, only showing evidence for consideration.....
.....which is also part of a criminal investigation.

The truthers coined the phrase “magic bullet” and not the people who understand what happened.
The truthers can’t accept the fact a hard jacketed 163 grain bullet travelling 2000 feet a second can’t penetrate five inches of flesh.
As in, “Round up the usual suspects”?
That’s how they do it in third world countries. Oh, and in Casablanca during WWII.
Find out what happened at Dealy Plaza and figure out how before hauling people into your jail.
