So who gets custody of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog in the wake of Conan O'Brien's divorce from NBC?
The disposition of the Conan-created bits and characters has been a hot topic of discussion as part of the ugly situation surrounding Jay Leno, O'Brien and NBC.
Not surprisingly, NBC will own any schtick created by O'Brien during his 17 years at the network, people familiar with his exit negotiations said.

Has Conan even used Triumph on the Tonight Show? Triumph was vulgar and disgusting but often very funny. I remember during the Republican Convention in 2008 he called out to Anderson Pooper over at CNN. Cracked me up!
