If Republicans can win a U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts, that bluest of blue states, they can win anywhere including California. Republican Scott Browns decisive and historic victory in the U.S. Senate race in the Bay State could be a bad sign for Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxers re-election chances in November.
Brown succeeded in making the Obama administrations policies especially its plan to overhaul the countrys health care system a millstone around the neck of Democratic candidate Martha Coakley. The same could happen to the liberal Boxer, given her support of health care reform and a host of other Obama initiatives.

Whoever runs against Boxer in the general election should play that clip over and over in campaign adds of her lecturing the General on calling her Senator. If that doesn’t spell elite snobbery, I don’t know what does...

Yes Ma’am, you are fired. NEXT!

It speaks volumes about the character of Boxer that she dressed down a military officer for calling her “ma’am” instead of “Senator”.
She worked so hard to earn the title of Senator that she needs to hear her underlings say it? She may have another title come November, the title of “private citizen”.

I am curious as to how “insufficiently” conservative her opponents will be, and get endlessly flogged on the site.

Agreed.
Problem is, that whatever RINO gets nominated will probably be too 'genteel' to run the Ad.
Hope I'm wrong...
Every election its the same. Caterwauling about not running 'negative advertisements'; the media casting glowing articles about the Demonrat incumbents - and the Demonrats waltzing away with the prize...
The only good thing this cycle is that the media is a lot weaker than years past, and people are beginning to see through the charade ... and they are also getting fed up with Madame Royal Highness Babs...
Play the Ad...

Don’t forget the exchange she had with the head of the Black Chamber of Commerce.

If the pubbie doesn't have the guts to run an add showing her elite snobbery, then I don't want that pubbie in the Senate anyways. They don't deserve it. There's already reports out about how the Dumbocrat candidates in the fall have to focus on defining their opponents. What's that code words for? Negative adds. If the pubbie doesn't have the guts to run a "negative add" then goodbye....
