Well I’ll be, a sensible law going into effect. The US is going to save a boatload off of this.

B.O. will just use this as one more excuse for “immigration reform” aka amnesty.

Given that their children will be U.S. citizens upon birth, I don’t think this makes sense. I think birth-right citizenship should be abolished and instead citizenship only be granted when at least one parent is a citizen or legal permanent resident. But that change has not occurred.

The assumption is that the prenatal coverage also is for the benefit of the unborn child, who will be a U.S. citizen once born.Has this ever been challenged in the Supreme Court? Anybody reading the Constitution would clearly see that somebody illegally here would be out of the jurisdiction of giving birth to a U.S. citizen.

That’ll be overturned by some Carter/BillyBob/Hussein appointee.Within weeks!

They should also deport every pregnant illegal immediately to prevent birth in the USA until the Supreme Court rules on the elegibility of anchor babies - if they haven’t done so already.

DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. I don’t care of they are pregnant or not. Ike did it, Hoover did it. Roosevelt did it too. When in times of desperation, DEPORT illegal immigrants who have NO RIGHT to any benefits to begin with, and even less when the US is BROKE before even looking at paying their way in life.
DEPORT ILLEGALS.

Time for them to return home for medical care.

How dare they refuse to pay for those little pink Democrat voters.

Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Double-edged sword. Babies with problems caused by poor pre-natal lifestyle will end up on the dole for every conceivable ailment and defect.
“Go home” to have your baby should be the rule.

Yep what we need is more American babies to start funding SS and providing health care workers twenty years from now. Oh wait, babies are an American career burden. They are so yesterday. Didn’t someone say immigrants are doing something Americans won’t do.

Is Nebraska willing to provide medical services for every pregnant woman in Mexico?
If not why not?
That is a serious question made with a straight face.
I am confident that the touchie-feelie types will flee that question like Dracula and garlic...
