I wrote there was a bad call on the Thomas TD. Vikings may have held them to a FG.

Not sure about the call you are referring to, because I had my head buried in a pillow. My D just gets me boiled on some of their dumb mistakes.

There was some penalties against the Saints that were BS calls too.

Had Allen called tails, the outcome still could have changed.

Hoping the Saints beat the Colts. Thats a big hope.

Have a great night and hope to read from you in two weeks.

I’ll be ready for all the ribbing anyone is willing to dish out.

Some Cowboy fans showed up just to do that tonight.

You and I butted heads about Romo choking/not choking last week if I’m not mistaken.

You really don’t understand, we Saints fans are not going to be whining at all whatever the outcome will be in the SB. Remember we are light years from this:

Granted. One more year (maybe) and I’d love to see it happen. We’ll worry about the following year next year... ;)

Favre probably can go very long into his 40s if he wants to. It's mostly a question if he wants to play.

Like I said, failing to differentiate fraud from whining...
Who needs honesty, integrity or dignity?
You’ve got a win, right?!

I agree with your “this and Packers v. Cardinals maybe the best of the playoffs” assessment. That said, I am enjoying the schadenfreude of the moment -- but not too much. When Brent's jersey is retired at Lambeau, I'll cheer. Oh, and I don't blame Brent for the loss. Seems like there's more than plenty of that to spread around. GO PACK!

This win is for Dan Abramowicz, Archie Manning, Tom Dempsey, and all my other child Saint heros.

Amen to that. It's been a long time since the Tulane stadium days.

Saints didn’t cry once this year with their 3 loses. Not once.

We take it like the good fans we are.

There was only one late hit on Favre, and he wasn’t hurt in that one. (and it appeared unavoidable)

Football is a very rough game.

Romo did not choke in the game. The offensive line did. Once Flozell went out the game was never the same for the Cowboys.

Our defense did a hell of a job until the fourth quarter. If our offense had played with the heart of our defense, it would have been the Boys vs. the Saints. I think that all teams are going to be looking at the kickers this off season as none of them have been truly exceptional in the clutch except for the Saints kicker.

Romo matured a great deal this season as did the defense.

The Cowboys offense lost the game against the vikes. It would have been an interesting game to have seen a rematch with the Saints.

That being said the vikings fans do seem not to be grasping the concept of losing graciously. Your team turned the ball over 5 times. You had stupid penalties, 12 men in the huddle comes to mind.

The Saints should enjoy their victory and their post game celebration. That being said I think the Colts eat their lunch in the SuperBowl.

You should go look at the game film again.

We have an earned win and you have a big lose.

Now try getting over it.

Forget waterboarding. If you REALLY want to torcher those prisoners at Gitmo, force them to watch all 137 hours of Super Bowl Pre-Game.

That would drive anybody over the edge.

I am getting old, watched many great QB’s like Montana, Starr, Bradshaw and yes Farve, among others are so much fun to watch. Some have SB rings or great states, but there are few that have a special ability to take over a game, a team and fans. Enjoy watching them while you can. Will Farve return, who knows? As a fan i selfishly hope so! If they could not throw a football, I could see Farve working in a factory, arrested at least once for taken a deer out of season, Bradshaw would be on the “Biggest Loser” series an Montana just reminds of my old barber. Thank God they could played football.

We can just about agree the Colts will beat the Saints.

I’ll go with my heart and stick with my Saints.

Hartley blew a few FG’s and especially the lose to Bucs prior to losing in OT.

So, we can agree that kickers will be losing their jobs this off season. Hartley is probably safe next year.

Don’t need to look at the game film.
They showed instant replay.
Apparently you missed the catches for 20 yards with the defender dragging on his arm?
The jersey being dragged a yard behind the receiver?
Nothing to get over. Facts are facts.
Now try pretending it didn’t happen.

Hey, no hard feelings.
I’d be really embarrassed if we won that way, too...

Farve injured his ribs or side when the late hit was called. He was on his knees the announcer said Farve was still down and it appeared the fans cheered. Rough or not there are rules. They are there for a reason. Rules evolved to protect players and keep the game interesting. The same rules apply in domes and crowd noise should not be an excuse. It is rough, because of that injuries are not something to wish for or cheer. If that was the case.

Saints got called for the holding.

They also got cheap calls like when Brett was hit while blocking or attempting to block.

Calls for hitting Brett as he released the ball. Cost the Saints a TD.

When Viking D hit Brees, no call. Again, protect the old man.

You can cry and whine just like you have been doing all night here.

The Vikings lost despite the awful calls from the refs against the Saints.

The fumbles and great interceptions were also helpful.

I can’t believe we have a bunch of whiney tits like yourself and trying to justify it as though the Saints cheated. LOLAU
