Alaska doesn't have permits or licenses for guns, how it should be everywhere.

When the dems are in, I buy guns & ammo; when the repubs get back in, I buy custom guitars & boutique amps.

I keep waiting for q3131 prices to come down. And just when I was set to buy the new S&W piston AR, RRA announces that they are coming out with one. Decisions, decisions.

Actually, this sounds like a VERY good project for the NRA. I’d buy such a DVD in a second. But not the crap they keep sending me. Have you suggested it to anybody there???

The trouble is in the huge variations between State laws. I gather some years ago, someone affiliated with the NRA tried to document all the different State, county and municipal gun laws, without realizing that not only are there thousands of such laws, but that they are constantly changing. No idea if the project was ever completed.

But that is why this seems to fit the bill of a State authorized and created project. Only they have a legal staff capable of putting it all together. But even then, much of the DVD would have to be subcontracted.
