It was rhetorically speaking, a great speech well delivered. However I don’t believe a word he says and most of his premises are flat-out wrong.

And it will gain him an immediate 5-pt bump in the polls.
However, the gain will dissipate over the following week -- as people realize he didn't mean a word of it.
The man can read a teleprompter and deliver a great speech. And there are a number of people -- even here on on FreeRepublic -- who believe that is what defines a good President. That...and graduating from a "first class school".

No, it was not a great speech!
It was a typical lecture.
It was another one of those irritating, I,I,I .. And End each sentence with an awful clip dialogs that he has given more than 400 times!
