the discrimination claim is nonsense, it is simple economics.
cbs knows that the tebow advert will be popular and draw viewers due to the controversy.
if CBS runs a homosexual advert it will turn off the vast majority of viewers and draw thousands of complaints to the FCC, just as the janet jackson halftime show did (that one was gearted to a straight audience i believe)
