Seems to me he was chumming for angry, or frustration driven retorts that could be used against the Republicans when torqued by the twisted minds of his allies of the Leftist MSM. He seemed to be trying to create an antagonistic atmosphere for that purpose.
Obama loves to pull the race card, and I believe he was trying to set a trap, trying to piss off a Repub., and get something, anything he could “race-off” with.
