How can Toyota gas pedals all have the same problem in models ranging from compact Corollas to Tundra trucks?

I think that’s another diversion from the real issue, like the bogus floor mat claim.

I think the real problem will be in buggy electronics.

And that will be Toyota’s BIG problem, when it comes out they’ve known this for years.

That’s it. I’m sticking to manual windows, manual door locks, and manual transmissions. If it has remote starting or a start “button”, I don’t want it.

There is no direct connection from the throttle to the engine.

The gas pedal controls a rheostat and the injection system is controlled through the computer.

in aircraft fly by wire systems there are redundant back up systems in Toyota's it's a single system.
