Barack Obama is using our public school system to recruit for his Alinsky-inspired private army. Organizing for America (OFA), formerly Obama For America, is recruiting in our high schools to “build on the movement that elected President Obama by empowering students across the country to help us bring about our agenda” – that is, his agenda of socialism for the United States of America.
Chuck, a reader of my website AtlasShrugs.com, has a daughter in the eleventh grade in a public high school, Perry Local in Massillon, Ohio. The teacher in her government class passed out a propaganda recruiting paper – headed with Obama’s distinctive “O” logo — asking students to sign up as interns for Organizing for America. And what will these “interns” be force-fed? The mother’s milk of the left — anti-war agitation, anti-capitalism, Marx, Lenin, Ayers, LGBT agenda promotion, global warming, pro-jihad, and illegal immigration. For starters. Maybe “Ellie Light,” who has in the last few weeks published the same Letter to the Editor supporting and defending Obama in over a dozen newspapers across the country, can give lessons in astroturfing.
The form carries a recommended reading list, including Rules for Radicals by the notorious hard left community organizer and Obama mentor Saul Alinsky; two Huffington Post articles by Zack Exley, “The New Organizers” and “Obama Field Organizers Plot a Miracle.” The first of those, published in October 2008, enthuses about “an insurgent generation of organizers” inside the Obama campaign that has, “almost without anyone noticing … built the Progressive movement a brand new and potentially durable people’s organization, in a dozen states, rooted at the neighborhood level.”

Marxism is our nation's greatest threat. Schools are the Marxist's MOST powerful and important weapon.
Yet...STOOOOPID conservatives fail to see this. They fail to understand that we must get as many children OUT of the government schools as possible. Conservatives MUST open conservative and tuition-free schools. We MUST work to SHUT DOWN the government schools!
STOOOOPID conservatives consistently fail to understand that government schools can NOT be reformed because they **ARE** socialism! Every day that child attends government schools he learns that the government has the power to threaten his neighbor with police force to collect money to pay for a service his parents want tuition-FREE!!!! And...Their STOOOPID teachers tell the students that it is their **RIGHT** to have this money! Well?...If the government threaten a neighbor to pay for schooling why not a thousand other socialist programs?
STOOOPID conservatives are continually distracted by the legislative issue of the day and fail CONSISTENTLY to see that our nation is being undermined from within!!! They are hacking away at trees while the communists are constantly planting forests in our schools!
Yes, I am yelling. I am exasperated with conservatives who fail to see the danger that our government schools are to our nation. I am exasperated with conservatives who think that socialist schools can be reformed. Government schools from the beginning in the mid-1800s to the early 1900s have been a Progressive wet dream, and they are winning.

You probably can’t on a local level; the same group of Marxists that run the schools run the media outlets. You’ll get no air time. The only solution is to advocate abandonment of the Unionized Public Schools systems.

How right you are. They could care less about the children outside of indocrinating them with their anti-American and pro-Marxist/Progressive crap. Hopefully, there will be a massive lawsuit over this!
This goes back to our discussions and research before the election. The ObamaMarxists are now making their bold move on the children of America with this open recruitment letter to High Schoolers.
I hope and pray that parents are awake and aware of what is being attempted and stand for Truth now. Every parent needs to watch, read or listen to Glenn Beck's special:

Beck covered it well on his show last night 2/1, which is where I first heard about it.
Obama: We need radicals to lead the charge. We need young people to stand up for the little guy. We need a generation to stand up to the man!! And who is the MAN?!!!
Kids: The President!!

Do you know how much time and money would need to be invested for conservative, tuition free schools? I still think our best bet is to reform them from the inside. Full disclosure, I’m an alum of this high school and my mother is retired from teaching at the middle school. My experience in this school was positive and I never felt I was being indoctrinated. However, most of my teachers have since retired or left the district.

But better yet, since this is in your area, why don’t you go to your local Tea Party group and organize a similar offering for internships with the Tea Partyers? That could do some good.
No, it hasn’t and I’m probably in denial. I like your idea, although I no longer live in the area. My parents are involved in the local Tea Party movement and I might make that suggestion to them. As far as this teacher, if it’s who I think it is, and I’m 99% sure who it is, he’s a nice man who’s fallen for the liberal=compassion bs.
