Bush administration lawyers whose secret memos justified waterboarding and other forms of torture will not be referred to authorities for possible sanctions, according to a forthcoming ethics report.
Unnamed sources who spoke to Newsweek magazine said the Obama Justice Departments Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) has concluded that John Yoo and Jay Bybee, who penned the infamous memos, used poor judgment but will not be subject to disciplinary action. Yoo and Bybee worked in the Justice Departments Office of Legal Counsel, along with Steven Bradbury, who is also named in the report.
The conclusions of the OPR report provide yet another demonstration of President Barack Obamas defense of the anti-democratic and criminal practices of the Bush administration in the war on terror, and the current administrations resolve that no oneespecially those at the highest levels of governmentwill be held to account...

So, next time, no more Mr. Nice Guy. Some of the Islamofascists or Commies will be tortured for no reason at all ~ although it's going to be hard to justify that ~ the finding that it's for no reason. It's ALWAYS time to stretch and cut when it comes to Leftwingtards.
Don’t ya love it when lib.’s get their panties in a twist! They end up looking like nancy pelosi!
Will this lead to some fresh pickings from the DUmmie grapevine, perhaps...?
DUmmies torture me when they talk
From the “World Socialist Press!” This publication has many subsidiaries—CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, The NY Times, the WaPo, etc. Apparently water boarding is “torture”, whereas the destruction of 2 buildings and murder of 3000 people are...forms of religious expression??!!
This must be “torturing” them!
The list, ping

Except waterboarding is not torture.
Damned Socialists. 100 million dead in the name of Communism in the 20th century alone and they still think it is a positive ideology.
e.g. this ill timed screencap
His arms are stiff because the Vietnames COMMUNISTS broke them while he was held prisoner of war.
Did the war criminals who did this ever serve a day in prison?
Do they have a "I laugh at cripples" bumpersticker on their Prius?
'World Socialist Press'I scanned through that website. What a bunch of whack jobs.
a Trotskyite is like a Stalinist x 105. 'Permanent revolution' is their game.
Oh, incidently, when I was about 13 years old, at a public pool, I was held underwater by some very bad boys so they could feel under my bathing suit. Even though I almost drowned, I fought them off, and reported them to the lifeguard. They were expelled from the pool, and I continued swimming. I was, in effect, "waterboarded". I was angry and embarrassed, and certainly afraid for my life, but even as a 13 year old GIRL, I got over it! So I can speak from experience that it is not "torture" in the CLASSIC sense of the word.
Looks like the Dims will have to rely on other means to weaken our nation.
